We were not living here permanetly yet and Brian was referred to us by a contracter. <br /> He was friendly, price fair and trustworthy. <br /> His work was excellent, and there was no damage to our exsisting stained glass window which was 55" X 67" in size.

I really liked the service. They did as I had asked and gave me an Angie's List discount. They were also very efficient in their service in getting the job done.

Brian was very responsive and professional.  When he came to install the glass, he had to straighten one of the window frames in order for the window to close properly.  He did an excellent job, and I will definitely call this company again if I need glass replaced.  <br />

Perfect. I called and explained the problem. The owner came within a day of my call. The work was done to my satisfaction. He also looked at another job and explained the options to me. <br />

Artizan was able to complete the job on time and within the budget they suggested. I'm pleased with the service.

We were very pleased with the service we received. The window and work was done on time and as promised. Based on the  the amount of work done and materials, we felt that the price was very fair. We would definately recommend this company for any window work and will use them again if required.

I called to get an estimate on replacement glass. Brian was able to come out within a week, and give me an estimate . I decided to use the company based on the ability to do certain frosted design in the bathroom. Unfortunately the finished product was not what I had expected , but didn't see the window until he had put it in. He was gracious enough to fix the problem.  It required 1-2 weeks of a boarded up window. The end product wasn't quite what I had envisioned however he worked hard to make it right. I probably would have appreciated seeing some examples, etc but in the end it worked out.

Glass and mirrors are their specialties.  They were professional, came on time, and did a real good job.  I found them on Angie's List.  They also gave me a 10% discount.  I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future. 

When I called and described the project, Brian gave me an estimate and was able to stop by shortly thereafter to view the areas involved.   He and his assistant removed the glass very professionally and there was no mess at all!!  In fact, they really know how to handle glass because the pieces were taken out with hardly a sound and no breakage.

Brian came out and created templates for all 3 pieces. The pieces fit perfectly on the edges and openings. There was one corner on the return that needed to be reworked and Brian did that without question (it was delivered square and needed to be rounded). I live in SE Gilbert,so it is a long ways out here. Between estimating delivering and finalizing the job... Brian made 3 trips here. We wourked in with other jobs in the area so it was not a dedicated trip. Very happy, and consiering the number of trips and qualiy of the final job I'm happy with the price as well. I highly recommend this Company.

He arrived when he said he would, provided a very fair estimate for replacing the window, and outlined the anticipated timeline for ordering and installing the new window. Once the new window arrived, Brian promptly scheduled a time to install it. He and his assistant were quick, efficient, and very professional. They were a pleasure to work with, and the new window looks great!

I spoke with Brian and he was easy to talk with in arranging an estimate. Brian arrived on time and gave me a fair estimate for the window replacement. The work was done professionally in a timely way. This company was a pleasure to deal with.

Brian was on time, did great work, and didn't overcharge us. We were particularly happy with how meticulous he was with his clean-up, as there were alot of glass shards from the storm damage.

I wasn't there. The home is a rental. I assume it went well, as I didn't hear of any complaints.
