I was lucky to find The Art of Stone Masonry & Fireplace for a chimney inspection and sweep and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, everything was professional, thorough, and genuinely caring – all at an incredibly affordable price. The technicians, Will and Mitch, were absolutely phenomenal. Mitch, in particular, took the time to walk me through everything he found, explaining it in clear, easy-to-understand terms. He pointed out some corrosion on the refractory plates and recommended using high-heat paint to slow it down. Mitch told me I could do it myself or he could do it for me today. I chose to have Mitch paint it. Mitch also noticed the fireplace screen was in very bad shape. He carefully removed it, and guided me on where to find a quality replacement. I would give 100 stars if I could.

In below-freezing temps, Art of Stone replaced or chimney cap, and did a complete tune-up of our gas log system, in timely manner, and at a reasonable price. So glad to have our fireplace back in working condition!
