Robert was on time, no complaints when I handed him the mask, he got to the job pronto, even sucked up the loose lint on the floor where the dryer was. Vacuumed / cleaned the dryer wall vent and cleaned the vent from the roof. I will use this company again, also refer them with full confidence. I'm so impressed especially because we used another company a few years ago, and they blew out the dryer vent with a blower and that was it, and charged more.

It went very well. Goldie was efficient and professional. He also installed Dryer-Flex to replace other flex material.

Goldie cleaned out my dryer vent, which was partially clogged, and installed a dryer-flex transition that is safer than the slinky foil that the previous owners had installed. My dryer actually dries my clothes as it should now. Previously, I had to use two dryer cycles to get my clothes dry. Most importantly, I knew something was not right and now I feel safe to use my dryer. I feel that I have prevented the chance of a fire.

Excellent work. Top of vent opening in roof was completely blocked. Now it takes 1/4 of the time to dry items than before being cleaned out. Would recommend to everyone to have theirs cleaned at least once a year or so.

The technician called me and said he was running ahead of schedule, which was great! He came in and surveyed the "damage," took the time to explain several things to me about our dryer vent design, and gave an accurate quote for the proposed work. He did a thorough job and even cleaned the whole area where he had been working. We will definitely use them again.

Steve arrived a bit before the appointment time and quickly assessed the conditions and needs and promptly started his work. All was completed in about an hour (a very clogged system) and everything was greatly improved. This is a super company and service. We recommend it totally. You will not be disappointed.. <br />

Steve arrived at the agreed time and after moving the dryer out from the wall described what he was going to do.  Very professional and answered the few questions my wife had .  Immediately started to work and within 30-45 minutes he was finished with the complete job.  Cleaned up the area  and departed our house.     Great job and Steve has a very pleasant personality and manner.  I would definitely use this company again......Rick Morris <br />

I called this morning and was told they had an opening this afternoon. The technician arrived promptly and started work. He explained the deterioration the vent hose was experiencing and told me where I could purchase a new hose; that I did not have to purchase one from him. I opted for him to replace the hose. The whole job was completed in a timely manner and was left perfectly clean. <br />

Steve was fantastic...not only did he make my house safe again he even got dirt spots and finger prints off my washer and dryer! He was very personable and professional! I would highly recommend this company. From when I called for service (the lady answering the phones could be a little more excited but she got the job done) to the time he was here was less than an hour! I guess they knew my laundry was already piling up! Now off to have a fun filled day of laundry!! Thanks again safe-d-vent! See you in a year!

Trenton was amiable, though, methodical and moved the dryer; and removed all lint, dust and dirt very respectful young man.

<p>He pointed out to us that the vent hose was plastic and not what the dryer mfg. recommended he told us that we could purchase an aluminum replacement at Home Depot or Lowe's. He said nothing about the fact that he could do this. It was only when we asked if he could do it did he say that he could but if we bought the materials and replaced them ourselves it would be cheaper. Yeah...cheaper, but he was here, he knew what he was doing and it would require no effort on our part. The difference in what he charged and what we get the materials at Home Depot was about $10-15. For us, it was definitely a bargain to have him do it. </p> <p>We were very impressed with him. He arrived right on time and was professional and friendly. He did not try to sell us on anything. Suffice it to say, we'll be using his services again.</p> <br />

Came on schedule and spent time explaining how the dryer vent was to be cleaned. Went on roof and found screen filled with lint . Suggested a new dryer vent hose that was fireproof and installed. Very professional and knowledgable about his job. Also cleaned out dryer. <br />
