Excellent. Logs are super high quality. Technician also "refreshed" two other fireplaces with new vermiculite and "burning embers". They all look great now!

Great! Scott was very knowledgable and helpful! He fixed the gas fireplace and even checked the whole house for carbon monoxide. Very professional service!

Scott was very timely and responsive. He was able to fix and explain why my gas logs were turning black. He cleaned off the logs, reset everything in order to avoid the issue in the future and checked all of my gas appliances for leaks. I was very pleased with the service and will hire him again.
