Technician was great in looking at all areas and explaining process to me as he went. Discovered we were out of Freon, but was not detecting a leak. Added Freon and explained estimated timeline for if leak when we would notice a difference and to contact them for assistance.

Their customer service admin did a great job scheduling the first available appointment. The disappointment is with their service technician Sean. He indicated that our evaporator coil was older than 10 years old so out of warranty but when I called another company to look at my coil they told me my unit was only 9 years old so under warranty still. He also indicated that the evaporator coil was leaking and the whole unit would need to be replaced. Again, we got an second opinion from another AC company and their technician said that our evaporator Coil was not leaking and did not need replacement.
