This company charges $59 dollars for the call, no problem. To diagnose the living room to findout exactly where the problem stems from they charge $281. dollars and if it is the switch the replacement is built into the price, if it is something else there is an additional charge. To diagnose the problem in the shed, that is another $281. dollars. pricing is totally unacceptable. I must say that the electrician was very professional and qualified it is the company pricing that is way out of hand.

In order for us to provide you with quality work our diagnostic includes: Unlimited time to find the problem, Open the panel and inspect each outlet and switch box, run tests on the wiring, a Level 1 or 2 repair, confirmation that the circuit is safe and reliable, and a 1 year warranty that it will not fail again if you followed our recommendations for repair. Our technician is also fully licensed, insured, back-ground checked, drug tested, and professionally trained. I don't know about you, but that sounds like a great deal to me. However, if you are not 100% Satisfied, you don't have to pay a penny. We want you to feel safe with us and comfortable that you are getting every nickle's worth out of us. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know so that we can fix it. Thank you!"

The project was extremely challenging. The hidden wiring under the floor would not budge, so the new wiring had to be routed a new way. Daniel did a great job figuring out how to do it so it looked good. Nice! They even worked during a tropical storm, in a houseboat. We discovered there were no GFI's at the last minute, and they installed them immediately. Throughout the project, Daniel understood the complex schematics instantly, and was not flustered as obstacles kept popping up. He re-wired the new panel like he had been doing those same boat panels every day! Great attitude and work ethic and professionalism.

Even though I didn't hire them as electricians, I definitely will should I need one. I was stranded with my 3 kids with a flat tire and one of Asbury's employees stopped and helped me. This was on a day that was over 90 degrees and he searched my van for the spare and put it on. He was very polite, patient, and courteous the entire time. I am ever so thankful he came to our rescue!

Purchased the $99 service call for this vendor through Angie's List. Electrician was right on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what might have happened and the steps he took before replacing the items. Interesting and informative. I would love to give this vendor all A's but I thought the price, for the switch and outlet, was a little high ($84), based upon the same items at the local home stores, so I had to grade a B in that one area. Perhaps its industry standard to have that much mark up, and perhaps Asbury is right at fair market price (or better) with other vendors, I don't know. I'm grading based upon the only information that I have.

Went very well. The work was started and finished according to our mutually agreed schedule. The day of installation , the electricians arrived on schedule and were very courteous. All the work had city inspection scheduled and inspected. The work was done very professionally and at a very reasonable price. It was just outstanding.

It was just so so. Once they got here they did very good work and followed through with the work proposed. We worked on a first and second estimate. They lacked in some internal communication. They told me that they were in the midst of changing they're communication. Pretty good company. They came out about two weeks ago. They finished the work 2 maybe three weeks ago. No additional costs. They led me to believe that the purchased a certain number of hours and they told me that it would exceed that and the estimate they gave me was reasonable. My wife wanted them to do additional work at about 300 dollars. It was not unreasonable and we were satisfied with that. It was well worth it.

<p>Thins went great....They reviewed the smoke detectors I purchased and installed. Checked system thoroughly and could find no defects in wiring. Contacted the manufacturer of smoke detectors and explained symptoms. Manufacturer agreed to ship out new replacement detectors at no cost.</p> <p>Contractor agreed if after In stalled the new ones and continued to have problems, call them and they will come back out and review system again.</p> <br />

Nothing but good things to say about the work and process. They were responsive, professional, and personable. They were meticulous about the work and carefully cleaned up after themselves. On-site, the electricians explained what they were doing and why and explained in detail how the mechanism worked, as well as leaving written instructions. Couldn't have been better. <br />

It went well. An electrician and helper arrived when scheduled and completed the work in several hours. They also installed some outlet protectors for the computer cabling. They were efficient and polite. <br /> The same electrician came out the previous week. I had a build in microwave 'blow" several times, and the last GE repairman suggested that power fluctuations could be part of the issue. I cannot be certain if the issue is that or just heavily loaded circuits, but the electrician said this would be at least a way to control spikes so none would go to any outlets in the house. It seems like a good idea anyway as I have many TVs and computers that would be protected with this as well. Even if this does not fix the microwave issue, the cost was not too much to protect everything else from spikes. <br /> The only comment I have is that I never received a receipt for either of the two visits. I was to get them via e-mail, and none came. I sent a message to the e-mail address on Asbury's web page so hopefully it will be addressed. While the cost of the unit and labor was not too high, a written proposal would have been appreciated. <br />

The installation crew was extremely professional and quick. They were very careful to judge the amount of wattage the fan would need and connect it properly. We so appreciate that they arrived on time and even offered to vacuum the hallway once they were done. We highly recommend Asbury Electric for all your electrical needs. <br />
