ASC Development, LLC opened for business in 2005. We are a locally owned and operated family business providing only quality services. The majority of our business is through customer referrals. We are service contractors to residential and commercial customers in Snohomish County, King County, and surrounding areas since 1996. As a family owned company, we have over 50 years of experience in the industry, serving home owners and property managers. We are able to provide our customers with full service contracting. We can demolish the old and build you a new home or remodel the one you have. Here at ASC Development, LLC we are dedicated to treating people the way we like to be treated. wThey were very professional and responsive. the problems were more caused by the building guidelines we had to deal with. Things ended up more expensive than promised but I'm not sure it was their fault. <br />

Communication was excellent through out the entire process. I explained we had a very short time line to work with as we were trying to get the house on the market to sell. The very next morning Craig came to our house to scope the work. We were sent an estimate shortly afterwards and found the price to be very fair. Scheduling was seamless and Teresa had us ready to go the following week. They helped us choose a highly popular off-while color to get the house ready for selling. When the scheduled day arrived, the men came and I will say, did an amazing job. We appreciated the expertise they brought to the table and their attention to detail. All who have seen the transformation of the interior of our home have been impressed. This was the best experience we have ever had with painting contractors. We are so grateful that we found them on Angie's list. <br />

We have been looking for a reliable contractor for well over a year since we moved into our new house/fixer. Teresa and the crew at ASC were all fantastic. All very friendly, hard working, prompt, and they did a great job. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Teresa even stepped in to help with an issue we had with a sub contractor we hired to help with the tiling, not someone she recommended. We will absolutely use them again and in fact I've already asked that they take a look at another project we need to get done. <br />

I bought the $299 Big Deal for Handyman for a day. David came the day before to check out projects and know what materials he would need for the projects. He showed up on time and was creative in solving some issues that came up. Even noticed a couple of small issues and made quick fixes as he worked. Great guy and great handyman! <br />

<p>The crew itself was great and the work was pretty good. It did take a week longer than estimated due some short-cuts the crew took on the wall repair that had to be redone (and charged for). I called in for an estimate and Teresa was really nice. However, it took her 10 days to get an estimate in because her dog knocked her over and gave her a concussion. She was struggling to recover and could not work from the office or from home. Despite this delay, we went ahead with the work. She showed up the first day but did not communicate after that. I hired a "middle man" in order to know what was going on, who was coming and when, and how progress was going (like we are going to be a week behind). However there was no information at all from Teresa. She did provide an estimate (after a while), an invoice (after awhile), provided 2 good workers and let me borrow her color wheel.</p> <p>Five days after the job was complete I sent in a check just so that I would not forget. There is a late payment clause in the contract. Not surprisingly, she emailed immediately after she received my check. It had been 9 days after completion. Unfortunately, the concussion is apparently still unresolved because her excuse for not emailing was that she is having memory problems due to the concussion and billing us ?slipped her mind?. 12 days after completion I finally have an invoice. I was told there was "a company meeting" to avoid future problems, and she has apologized. She sent a 10% off coupon to be used next time. 10% off the bill would've been nicer. It looks like something that could be in a newspaper so it may be available to anyone that asks. I am not upset, there were a few issues but overall the company was okay. However I would caution against hiring until the medical needs have been fully addressed and resolved. Also I would not expect much communication from Teresa after the estimate is complete.</p>

The only thing added to this was the cost of some hardware and state sales tax. The job was very labor intensive cutting many, many small pieces of all different sizes to extend door jambs. It was simple to schedule an appointment. They were here for over four hours and everything went well. I worked closely with the painter and manager, Teresa. They were both great! I have been real pleased with the company. I am currently working on them on additional projects.

A pocket door had come off a runner because of a screw the builders had put in that was too long. They made it be better, but were unable to fix it completely. They also fixed a toilet. <br /> <br /> We are now getting bids for gutter cleaning from them.

We had a dog door installed in our garage. Dave was the one who did the <br /> work and it was excellent quality and his professionalism was <br /> refreshing. He was on time, friendly and cleaned up everything last scrap and the dog door was <br /> installed to perfection all at a very reasonable cost. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of this company from the beginning and I would highly recommend them.

We found ASC via Angie?s List. We needed a dog door (pet door) put in and then we needed a dog ramp (pet ramp) from the dog door to the ground (it was about a three foot drop). Three different contractors gave us estimates. We went with ASC for a couple of reasons, first was because of their handyman deal (Handyman for the day $342); the second was ASC honesty. We needed other work done and they gave us estimates. When the work was easy or not necessary they told us (which shocked our realtor). Their honesty really separated them from the rest. They were also very friendly and it really felt like we were dealing with a family company. They were also fairly modern; meaning they were able to conduct most of the work via email and provided estimates as pdf and work progress via jpegs (I was surprised on how many other contractors were not technology savvy). We were also having other work done with some other contractors and they were able to work and get along with them. We weren?t able to be at the house when the work was being done (we have jobs), but they were able to put in the dog door and ramp without a lot of oversight. They gave us lots of suggestions and recommendations that we did not think about. We met the person doing the work and he was exceptionally nice, took time out to show us what he was doing and was really passionate about the quality of his work. He even went and got different materials after seeing what the environment was like. He too gave us lots of helpful suggestions on how to maintain the dog door and ramp. <br /> <br /> We love the dog ramp (and so do our dogs) and the quality of the work was excellent at a fairly good price (having never had a dog ramp built we didn?t know what it would cost, so it?s hard to know if we got a great deal or just a good deal. Granted we would always like to pay less). They also sent us pictures of the work as they were completing it (we appreciated that). Before they put in the dog door they contacted the manufacture of the dog door to make sure they got the installation in right, since we supplied them with the dog door. Their estimates were right on (even though it was on the top end of the estimates). We would definitely hire them again. Thanks ASC!!!

This company is great! Teresa helped me with many questions and helped me with information on all phases of the project (even things outside of the project scope) so I could make informed decisions. I was like having a team of consultants. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly - within less than an hour - and professionally. Craig and Alan assisted with paint colors. David is an excellent, detailed carpenter. No surprises, no pressure. <br /> We are so pleased with the results we have asked ASC to come back to do another project.
