We hired Gary to finish our basement and couldn't be happier with the results. He handled everything — boxing in the ceiling vents, drywalling and mudding, building a pillar around our support post, and stomping the ceiling. He also demoed our existing staircase and refinished it with a partial opening, which completely transformed the space. The quality of his work is excellent, but what really stood out was Gary himself. He was easy to work with, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Every detail was done right. We'd hire him again without hesitation and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work.

Gary work on my tray ceiling was professionally done . He installed tounge and grove stained white pine boards as an accent in my tray ceiling . Went above and beyound to see my project thru to the end and cleaned up every day before leaving for the night . Very freindly and professional .

I hired Ascendant Innovations to repair a 3 sqft hole in my 2nd bath ceiling. The hole was made by a leak from above. I secured 4 bids to do my project. Ascendant provided the most reasonable bid. Gary (the owner) came to do the work. Gary was prompt on site, courteous, respectful of my property, and displayed a deep knowledge and skill in his craft. My patch was completed in one 1/2 day visit that included prepping the hole, fitting and securing the patch, taping, finishing and applying a ceiling texture that looks like the original. Gary is a craftsman. I will hire Ascendant Innovations for my next drywall project. I am totally satisfied.

This professional came out same day, no charge, to look at the project for me. I had to do this long distance so he took pictures, laid out his game plan for repairs and inspected the surrounding ceiling and between floor joists to make sure there was no mold or further damage. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of Gary's work! I felt confident and comfortable at all stages of this repair and he worked with my renter's schedule to help us both out and satisfied my buyer with a thorough description of the extent of the damage and how it was repaired. I would definitely use Gary for all my drywall/plaster repairs!

Gary from Ascendant Innovations did fantastic work. He expanded a doorway from our kitchen to dining room and installed arches to match the other doorway to the living room. It makes our kitchen look larger and it looks natural - like the doorway has always been that way. As with any updates to an older home, there were a couple snags. But Gary talked us through them and gave us options. I really appreciated his attention to detail. The new doorway makes me happy every time I see it!!
