He contacted me within one hour.He was on time even early which is great for Sarasota. He replaced my pool pump and then came back to repair some pipes that were letting air into my pump. He was very pleasant and specializes in repairs not just a pool guy. I have had some issues for a while and he fixed everything where others have failed. So I would highly recommend him. He also installs heat pumps.

Very professional and reliable. Excellent communicator and patient. I had to reschedule service several times because parts were delayed. Henry stayed in communication each time and graciously rescheduled without complaint giving me a priority because of my situation each time. His service work was outstanding. Henry called the same day I posted the inquiry. He was available to come the following day. His price on the pump was $150 less than pinch a penny and his installation was less. He was great at keeping me updated on his arrival time. He was punctual and very courteous. I will definitely call him again for pool repairs.

We need a quote to repair our pool pump that was kicking off and on. I posted my request and with in minutes was texting back and forth. We set a time for Henry to stop by and diagnose the problem. Within a short period he diagnosed a bad board and would get us cost to repair the following day. Henry followed up the next day and was given the green light to proceed, he called us and scheduled the repair first thing the following day. Excellent customer service and follow through! Henry stoped by to adjust my pool valves and label each position. He also noted that my Polaris cleaner needed some brushes and new tracks which was preventing it from moving around the pool. Honest straight forward guy whom you will want to do business with!
