A+ Service Techs

Very good. The techs that arrived spent a lot of time diagnosing fixing the problem. They had to take the whole handle apart and made sure that the leak did not come back this time. In fact, they fixed the poor work from a previous contractor that had tried to stem the leak with a piece of string. Yes, a piece of string! Ridiculous what some people will do. This was a home warranty claim, so that explains the low cost. Also, the only reason they got a B for responsiveness was because I scheduled the service through the warranty company, and even though they had the notification of the service request, they did not come out on the first scheduled day because I did not call them directly. It wasn't a big deal, but I would expect the company to want to reach out to confirm as well, or let me know they wouldn't come if I didn't confirm.

These guys did a great job. They replaced the seal and the interior washers. They were quick and cleaned up their area. I would definitely hire again.

The technician went through the whole house and taught us a bunch about our plumbing system. He even helped flush the hot water heater. We'd definitely call them if we needed work done in the future!

Cory and Arthur were very timely and absolute professionals. I would definitely hire them again. The job was very easy, but they took the time to listen to my explanation and explain what the problem was and how I can manually adjust the tank in the future.

They called to let me know they had arrived and had two plumbers available. They were very pleasant and worked very quickly to unclog the sink. I was provided with an estimate of what the additional fees would be (I purchased a coupon) and the work was completed in less than 30 minutes. They even checked my water boiler to make sure there were no leaks. Great service and would use again!

Purchased a deal for toilet replacement and they were super responsive in responding and flexible in scheduling for a time that worked for me. They came out and quickly replaced the toilet and hauled away the old one, saving me the hassle of having to pay our trash people to pick it up from my curb! Would definitely hire again.

Kori and Arthur were the techs that were assigned to come out. They were prompt. They called within the specified time period that was initially indicated. They took off their shoes or put on booties prior to walking into my home. Kori in particular was very good at explaining what he thought the potential problem was and conducting a thorough assessment. They checked all of the plumbing in the master bathroom to ensure that there were no leaks. They didn't just take me at my word when I said that I thought it was the shower. It ended up being an issue with my overflow in my tub. Based on what he'd shown me and told me, I was confident in what I was being told. He even talked with me before cutting through the drywall to ensure that I'd be comfortable with that to validate the assessment. They even left me with their card and told me to give them a call anytime should I have any questions or concerns at a later date. In addition, Kori and Arthur were courteous, respectful, polite AND they cleaned up their mess! I would highly recommend them.. especially if all other A+ associates are as knowledgeable and friendly.

Aside from the excellent job done by Kori & Arthur, they kept me informed of when they would arrive (giving me a 30 minute call ahead), what they were doing while on the job and also followed up after the job was completed. I am totally impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and concern for my property. Once the job was completed, they double checked their work before presenting me with the invoice. I cannot say enough about A+; you will not be disappointed.

It was fantastic. They were flexible to my schedule, they showed up on time and even called to say they were on their way. They patiently answered all of my questions and when I wasn't confident and asked them to check twice they didn't hesitate. Everyone has been a joy to work with there. I'm so relieved to have found competent and honest plumbers.

They did a good job. The leak was covered by my homeowners warranty so they did not fix that but they were professional. I would use them again.
