"[member name removed], I do apologize for the difficulty that you had with scheduling last year. Generally, we do not send crews out to work in the rain, however, seeing as the "rain date" for the original cleaning fell on another day when it was raining, we sent out a crew anyway. This was to avoid any further delay in the cleaning of your gutters. This year, you had spoken with our General Manager, who had explained the office error that took place, resulting in our crew's "no show." We reiterate that this was entirely an office scheduling error, and again, apologize for the inconvenience that it caused. If this was anything other than an error, you certainly would have been contacted by a scheduler, if re-scheduling was necessary. As soon as we were made aware of this error, our office staff immediately began working on moving things around to be sure to avoid any further delays in cleaning your gutters. A crew was sent to your home a day later. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please contact the office directly."

It is our practice to ensure that the condition of your home, and surrounding environment is only improved after our visit. The crew that worked on your home has been briefed on their error, and the proper measures have been taken to ensure that this mishap is not repeated in the future. Again, I do apologize for this. However, it is worth clarifying that the crew was punctual for their installation appointment and did carry out the gutter installation according to our quality standards, which continue to supersede many of our competitors, after 15 years in trade. The delay in establishing an installation appointment (if that is what you were referring to in the low "punctuality" score) was a result of our scheduler's inability to contact you and schedule a set day and time for the work to be completed. After speaking over the phone, we agreed that the difficulty in getting in touch with you was a result of a conflict between our business hours and your work hours. Again, we do apologize that the crew did not clean up some screws left in your driveway, but we sincerely believe that your home was given the same high quality of product and work that we have been offering our clients throughout the years.
