"We at Best Roofing Company are aware of the recent review posted by a former subcontractor and would like to provide our side of the story. It'[Member Information Removed] unfortunate that this individual has chosen to air their grievances publicly before attempting to resolve the matter professionally. The claims made in the review are not only inaccurate but also misleading. The work performed by this subcontractor was not completed as agreed upon, and in fact, resulted in significant physical damage to at 2 of the properties in question. This necessitated us to hire another contractor to rectify the mistakes and complete the job, incurring additional costs and delays. The subcontractor'[Member Information Removed] payment was withheld to cover these unforeseen expenses, a standard practice in the construction industry. We have made multiple attempts to communicate this to the subcontractor, but our efforts have been met with hostility and refusal to cooperate. Furthermore, the subcontractor'[Member Information Removed] actions in contacting our clients directly and publicly disclosing their addresses are not only unprofessional but also potentially illegal. We take our clients' privacy very seriously and are pursuing legal action against the subcontractor for their inappropriate behavior. We understand that disagreements can arise in any business relationship, but we believe in resolving them through open communication and mutual understanding. We are always willing to work with our subcontractors to find amicable solutions, but we will not tolerate false accusations and unethical practices. We have a proven track record of successful projects and satisfied clients, and we stand by our commitment to quality workmanship and fair business practices.
