Ashford Property management is local and veteran owned. Herman and his crew swooped in and saved the day!!! I had storm damage from Laura and Delta, and had been given the run around from my previous contractor when my mother recommended Herman because he did such an amazing job for her. His crew was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very easy to work with. His pricing was very fair and reasonable, had I used him from the beginning I would have had my house put back together a lot sooner. (Hindsight) They were here before sun up and worked all day. They even replaced some rotted wood in 2 places that the vinyl and metal had been put on incorrectly when I built my house 7 1/2 years ago. I would use Herman and his bunch again without hesitation because they are reliable, dependable and trustworthy, not to mention LOCAL. And in these days and time that's hard to come by. I still have some minor cosmetic things to do like replace shutters and paint but I have fallen in love with my house all over again!!! Thank you Herman, Daniel and crew for all you did!!!

Excellent job on my roof after Hurricane Laura as well as repairs to my fence. They've done concrete work, siding, painting, and various other jobs on my home before and I get complimented all the time how well things turned out. I'll wait if need be to get the Ashford crew over here before using someone else.

Herman and his crew were very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. They installed a new roof and built an entire porch in just 3 days. They were friendly and hard working and their quote was the lowest one we received for the job. I love that this company is veteran owned as well. Herman sets out to do a good job and has no interest in price gouging. His work speaks for itself. I would absolutely hire Ashford Properties again!
