Really, the experience was very poor for us. We requested a whole slew of quotes from these contractors for various projects in a home we had just purchased. We needed some of that work done before snow, so contacted the contractors in late September. At first, we gave them a 50% deposit on three jobs "to get on their schedule". A few weeks later they called to say that they needed an advance because they had fallen upon hard luck and needed to buy a truck to replace the one that had been wrecked that summer. Kind, caring people that we are (i.e. SUCKERS), we did advance them $10,000 towards the many jobs that we had lined up for them. The quality of the work was very mediocre. The roof was completed later in the season than we'd have liked, and shingles have blown loose twice over the winter requiring them to come and repair. The deck paint was done too late in the season (during rain/snow) that it did not properly cure, so already needs new paint. The section of foundation that they laid to fill in the cellar doors that we wanted removed leaks. They did not remove much of their construction debris. The door to the animal shelter only latches on one side, and the latch is already out of alignment because they did not select appropriate hardware. The contrators are RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. It took them 3 months to complete the work they did complete. There are many days that they worked fewer than 4 hours, and many days that they did not show up at all. They still "owe" us over a thousand dollars in labor from that initial $10,000 advance (which was supposed to be worked off in labor only, not supplies). We had them out to request quotes on additional projects so that we could recoup the remainder of the advance, but they only gave us one quote, for which I had to give them yet more $ for supplies, then never came to do the work. As of now, they owe me over $1,200 in undelivered supplies and work that they have not done. When I asked when they'd be able to install the garage doors (the last project that I gave them $ for), they said they had to wait for special order materials, then I stopped hearing from them. I called to ask what's up and was told that they are "obligated to another job" right now and that they didn't know when they would be available to perform the work. Apparently giving someone $10,000 towards future work does not "obligate them" to your job - FYI. I am very angry about this experience, and very disappointed that I have been taken advantage of in this way. AND THE WORK IS EXCEEDINGLY MEDIOCRE AT BEST.

They were great and super communicative. They got the job completed quickly and the deck turned out beautifully. Exactly what I wanted. Also trouble shot an electrical outlet that I could not figure out and painted a closet. I'm having them continue with more jobs and recommended them to friends!

Mike and Claudette are great. Mike and his son do the work. Claudette takes care of communication. Together they make a great team. It was extremely helpful to be able to rely on Claudette to answer questions at any point. She was very responsive.
Mike and his son were punctual, thoughtful, careful, and did great work in accordance with the details we had discussed. I was not located near the work site, and yet I knew what was happening and what to expect at every step along the way.
I would recommend Mike and Claudette, and I intend to have them quote any future work I need done on the house.
