Very smooth. They showed up and quickly cleaned the area's I asked for, i paid them and they left, taking the trash with them. Very handy.

Horrible. The couple did not know how to clean. I viewed pictures because they took so long and I didnt have access to a car to go see for myself. My fault. The floors had no shine. The bottom of the toilet was not touched. Still had dust, dirt and rust. Inside toilet had rust which I was able to remove within minutes with a pumice stone made for that. The stove burners were not touched at all Half-baked job. The refrigerator looked clean. Oven was clean. I gave them feedback and was asked not to text anymore and that they didn't know who I was - after taking my daughter's money. This was a gift. ?

The service is excellent and I will contact again ro service another property. The apt. Is now fresh & ready for my mother to simply walk in and not have to clean. This company when above and beyond!

I was very satisfied and impressed with the cleaning that was done to my home. This company made sure to get the spots I don’t get to attend to often. Very courteous and professional. I also needed to be out by a certain time and they impressed me with how it all turned out with the short amount of time. Loved that my home smelled great too!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. The cleaning service was great, but there was something extra with Ashelys Touch. My wife and kids were home, and my kids are WILD so basically as Hes cleaning my children were messing it right back up, and He handled it perfectly. Honestly better than I could of done myself. Really really friendly. Would definitely recommend to the Houston area.

Ashley’s Touch has been a great resource for me. I am very particular about my wood floors and bathrooms. They were happy to accommodate my procedure for cleaning the wood floors and their service got better every time they came out. It’s been my experience that it takes a few visits for a cleaning service to get a new customer’s specifics down, but they were attentive to make that happen for me.
