I've been trying very hard to get the service that I need, 2 of the camera is not working after they install it. We got a extended 5 years warranty. We reached out to them immediately when we knew that the 2 camera is not working. They said that the 30 days warranty for parts and labor is over but he set an appointment before the 30 days period but never showed up. Not reliable, worst service I've ever seen.

Adam from ASI Services was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of tips and demonstrated how I can do a lot of things online, such as updating the codes, setting up rules, and customizing alerts etc. He also told me that I did not need to throw away my old keys because the new lock had the ability to re-key itself to work with my old keys. Unfortunately the Moni tech didn't know that and did not inform me, and I ended up paying for a lot of duplicate keys, twice. I wish Adam had installed the original deadbolt to begin with and I could've saved money, time, and headache. Highly recommend him.

The technician was punctual and was knowledgeable about the alarm system. He explained in detail options available for installation.

They were very helpful, gave me an estimate for the changes needed. They honored the price, although they had to come 3 times and change most of the initial equipment quoted and in existence since it was having issues connecting to the network. They were always concerned about having the system done right and working properly. The technician was very helpful and knew what he was doing. The sales person and their office were all very eager to help and solve the problems. The system is now up and running perfectly. Thanks

Doug was on time and very friendly. He took the time to go over my system and showed me features I didn't even know I had. The service was very professional from top to bottom and will use this company again for my alarm needs.

<p>Our home had an old alarm system that was not functioning.  I called ASI &  spoke with Jim - he seemed very knowledgeable - so we set up an appointment for him to come to the house the day. He was prompt for the appointment, courteous & not pushy! He looked at what we had - told us what would still work & what needed to be replaced or upgraded. Gave us the cost of monitoring. We scheduled the installer for two days later, The installer was on time, friendly , & professional. I especially appreciated him asking us about where a wire would go in the wall & helped us find the best placing for it. He cleaned up after himself too.  We have been customers for several years  &  would highly recommend ASI ! </p>

The service technician was great. He called when in route, on time and very pleasant. The tech ran a diagnostic test and replaced the door contact which was covered under my extended warranty!
