Things got very expensive very quickly

They unplugged sewer in a few hours. Finished installing the access "T" on schedule. They gave me a $500 discount when I asked because it went much faster than planned.

Very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of work that was performed. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again if needed.

It went well! I was told it would take 2 days. The work was completed in one day but the city inspector had to approve the next day. Minimal clean up was needed. Only had one minor detail to correct and that was done in no time. I will use them again if needed.

I had water leaking down into my kitchen cabinets from a leak in the bathtub drain. The plumber said he would replace the old drum trap with a P-trap and drain and overflow. He had to take down my kitchen cabinets which I needed to put back up because a kitchen remodel is out of the question. His answer was I guess you'll have to build a soffit. Not once did he ever say just so you know, when I finish this you are going to have a P-trap hanging down into your kitchen ceiling. He did not want to cut a board to move it back farther into the wall. When he said he was done I was in disbelief. I'm still in shock over the whole ordeal. I'm now in the process of having to find another plumber to do the job correctly. Every plumber I have spoke to so far said it never should have been left like this.
