This company does not stand behind their work. They do not take responsibility for their techs that service your pool. Constantly had to call regarding the pool not being properly maintained. The day after they said they were there to service the pool I took a water sample on two separate occasions to another pool service company and found that the alkaline was at 17 and should have been between 125-150. The pH was at 6.8 and it should have been at 7.4-7.6. When I would contact Nick he would just blame me and say it was because I needed a new filter. This was his reason every time the pool was not clean. Filter was always black and never cleaned even after I bought a new one. Really terrible customer service.

ASP is a super company. I've used them for years. I've recommended them to several friends who have in turn hired ASP to do their pool service. I still have the friends and ASP is still doing their pools, so they must be satisfied too. ASP is super affordable and responsive. They've never let me down, including during the recent aftermath of Hurricane Irma. Great company.
