John did an outstanding job with his crew. I have been working with contractors for my Groton house for years. Three years ago my last contractor retired. John is the first to get it right since. Fixed the whole driveway, built a ramp for the new side door, and added a drainage in coordination with my renovation. Everything is exactly as asked. Thank you. Will definitely recommend and use again at my other house. Thank you!

Custom job on the front fencing and foundation at my house in Sherborn. Mixed material fencing, gravel boarding, drainage, decorative ornament metal fencing, the works. Price was fair, you get what you pay for, and John did not disappoint. Will use as maintenance needs arise but this is a solid all weather build. Excellent work.

They recently replaced my driveway

Please do not use this company. I have never been so disappointed that I have taken the time to write a negative review. The driveway is improperly graded causing water to flood into our garage every time it rains. There is also a lip going down the entire length of the driveway so it looks like we have two separate driveways at different levels. We contacted the owner of Asphalt Division and he said he’d repair it but then never showed up and stopped taking our calls. After waiting 3 months we filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. He responded that he won’t be fixing anything because he never guaranteed his work and we have no written warranty. We have a signed contract that clearly states all work is fully guaranteed for 12 months. So he blatantly lied in his response to the BBB. His work was poor quality and he doesn’t stand behind it. He charged us $20,000 for this driveway. Do yourself a favor and don’t put yourself through what we’re still going through. The pics below are of our driveway which was done in March of 2023. It’s less than a year old. You can see the incorrect grade and the lip in the middle where he didn’t properly steamroll it so my driveway has two different levels/ layers. It’s just completely unacceptable to do such poor quality work and refuse to make it right.

Asphalt Division did an amazing job at an amazing price and finished my (fairly long) driveway (including an area for a car turnaround) on time and ahead of schedule. The good experience started when my call was returned immediately, something that is rare these days where you are lucky if people return your messages at all. Next, John was able to quickly give me an accurate and fair estimate of the project price (using Google Street View) within a few minutes. Once the team was on site, they listened to my needs, and then executed them during the paving process. They were quick, professional, and cleaned up the surrounding area after they were done. I'm extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone for paving in Middlesex County and surrounding areas in Massachusetts.

The paving went very well. John was very involved with his workers. He did a lot of the work with the workers. The driveway is very even and smooth and clean looking.
