Silva and Silva Asphalt Maintenance

I contracted this business to pave & seal. Once paving was done, they never came back to finish the job and avoided communication. Another neighbor in the area contracted this company following our poor experience and had the same outcome. Silva is a straight up lying crook. Beware!

Came to quote job quickly, produced quote quickly. Answered phone messages politely & friendly. The day of work, crew arrived on time, worked together like a team, were friendly, & produced a smooth perfect job. Thrilled.

Daryl Silva & his guys did an excellent job for us, asphalting 3 driveways that needed extra work.  He did not skimp with the amount of asphalt, was very neat & skilled in doing the work, was on schedule & gave extra time & effort to make sure we were happy with every detail of the project.  Daryl's bid was not high, & he is friendly & available, taking care of questions right away.  I don't think we could have asked for better service! 

Daryl was great to work with. He leads a fantastic team! They exceeded my expectations. My driveway is extremely steep and windy. It was in horrible shape. We needed to fix the cracks (and there were EXTREMELY deep, wide cracks). No other company would even consider a repair. All of the others would only provide quotes to resurface the driveway. Silva & Silva gave us several options to choose from and we went with the cheapest. They showed up on time, they did a remarkable job and they even cleaned up the debris at the bottom of our driveway that was not their mess to clean up. Daryl knew exactly what we wanted. He warned us about the repair ahead of time that it wouldn't be perfect and it wouldn't fix the underlying issue with the driveway. You can't put a price on honesty. He was very straight-forward, honest and priced VERY fair. I wasn't ripped off. I didn't feel ripped off. I am a very happy customer. If you are looking for driveway repair and an honest business, Silva & Silva is the company to hire!!! I can't say enough about how impressed I am.

Considering what he had to work with, a patched overlay that another company did, he did a commendable job of stabilizing and seal . He came in at half the other bid for the same work.

I would rate them very high on work ethics and integrity.
