This contractor did not have the tools to complete the job. He took 2/3 of payment to cover materials, which he never purchased. He used the money for living expenses, and would not refund my money. Do not hire. Do not let him fool you. I will have to finish the work myself.

"I'm sorry you feel the need to give a bad review. This isn't an accurate review of the job situation. You received a veteran discount and received a lower bid than what is usually charged for the work that you requested. I will not go into detail it is unprofessional on a public forum but you are welcome to call me and discuss for us to work together for a reasonable solution. I offered this already but you decided to go in a different direction. You placed the project on hold while the permit is still active. You also demanded in your words " you don't want to see me again" placing me in a difficult situation. The project can still be completed and now you are attempting to file false claims on my insurance and that is illegal."

As long as Emilio was doing the work, the work was fine. A few times he had to let his helper do some work (his father in law).

My brick retaining wall was leaning and A's Reconstruction came in and did a wonderful job. They were on time to every appointment we had, they are neat and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any brick work out there. They are truly a 5 star rated company.
