Installation was great, buying from the big box store wasn’t. Bought a set through Academy and availability was sketchy and delivery was slow and painful. However, the assembly guy was great. Kenny called me to schedule delivery in advance and was extremely accommodating (I have 5 kids and my schedule is insanely unpredictable). He showed up 5 min early the next day and he and his helper assembled the AGame Paradise set in a little over an hour. He answered questions, and took directions as if my satisfaction was his only goal. My kids love the set and my wife is extremely happy that our kids have a play set in the safety of our backyard. Kenny told me he could have saved me 50% on labor if I had gone straight to him. That would have allowed me to get a better set for the same price I paid through the big box store. We will have to see how long this cheaper set lasts, but I’m already planning on a much larger Gorilla set with corkscrew slide. I will not hesitate to call Kenny to pickup, deliver, and assemble my next build. He made it so easy and hassle free that I will be using him again.

Overall experience was excellent. Kenny was able to work with my schedule. He arrived as scheduled and was able to complete the job as promised. He was able to help determine the best placement to maximize my home office and I couldn’t be happier. We have already spoken about future services I may be contacting him about.

Went amazingly well. Kenny came to my house looked at what needed to be done, figured it out and assembled it in a single day. The price was negotiated before he started. A couple of pieces were not drilled correctly by the manufacturer, so he drilled them correctly. Definitely would hire again
