Used them at the recommendation of a friend, to install gutters for two story house. Gutters Worked however when it rained heavy, my flowerbeds got completely flooded due to where the downspout was installed. I called and sent photos to see if maybe I needed additional downspouts installed or relocated to divert the water elsewhere away from my foundation and never got a call back from them. On two separate occasions. Then come to find out from the person who referred them, they responded to him in recent days and continued to do work for him. I guess I will not be using them for further projects if they don’t even respond about the projects they completed. I guess since it’s a small job, maybe it wasn’t worth their time.

Robert came out quickly, had his guy come measure, put in the order for the pane to be made and called to set up appointment to replace pane. Very professional employees and a great company to work with.

They showed up, did the job, did a great job of installing all the windows in about 4 hours time, and they cleaned everything up afterwards. They were polite and professional. Robert coordinated the windows being ordered beforehand. <br />

It is the second time we have used them and I can't anything but awesome! They installed 3 windows for us this time. There are no leaks anywhere in the windows or chance of leaks anywhere. Love them. They open to where you can clean them while you're inside, they are just great. The company cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have to do anything. They made sure the windows were all nice and clean. What stood out the most was their ability to rise to the occasion. There was a lot of rain this season and they are unable to install windows during times of rain of coarse. As soon as there was a free day they installed our windows first. Would most definitely recommend them. They were going to come out the next week but we had 2 weeks of rain so it was 3 weeks. We were not able to find any window or installation for less than that price. My husband had researched before we chose them. Their stuff is just the top of the line. They were here exactly at 9 o'clock. I was shocked as most contractors are not that prompt. We will be using them again to do 5 other windows for us.

Robert came very quickly to give a quote. The crew arrived on time and worked hard for three days to complete the job and returned later for one day to complete detailing. We've contacted several contractors in the past to work on our 100 year old house and they either never returned calls or worked very inconsistantly, not completing all contracted work or cutting material quality. Associated is absolutely awesome......very professional, conscientious, hard working. They were able to understand what I wanted done...which was an unusual job...and were the type of people you enjoy meeting and working with. We actually missed them when they left. We highly recommend <br />

The wind ow was measured and installed in about a week.I only saw one person for about five minutes when he came to measure.I was waiting on a call to schedule installation and when I got home the window was in.clean up was good.I did mention to the person that measured the window that I would like to replace all the windows at some time but there was no follow up to that.I was pleased with the work done. <br />

From the initial estimate through installation, Robert was fantastic. He was professional and had the best price of all the others I had checked. The installers were punctual and were able to get all of the work done in one day. The new windows look great! <br />

Everything went according to the contract. Robert has a great crew to work with. The siding looks beautiful and we are very pleased with the decorative touches by the window and the nice gable vents on the ends of the house. We are very pleased with the end result. <br />

<p>Robert first came to our house on April 15, 2014, to give us an estimate. We liked the price and hired him. Robert has a great crew to work with Bobby, Brittany, Ricky, and Leo). We never had any concerns that the job would not be completed. The final work was done on June 21, 2014. The delays we had were having to wait for the windows to be made. We will definitely hire Robert again as our next project is painting the interior and replacing the carpet and tile work. </p> <br />

That went great. We had a new window installed in our bathroom. They did a good job and it took one technician to do the installation. It did not take very long; it took about a couple of hours. He was professional and cleaned up after himself. We did had to pay a little extra, about $200, due to having a different window shape.

We had 3 estimates done on replacing the siding on our 2-story chimney. It had been damaged by squirrels who had taken up residence (we had our exterminator come and clear out the nest and patch the holes, but the siding itself was damaged). Robert was the first one to respond, the first one to submit an estimate (it was submitted the day after the request was made...one of the other estimates didn't come in until almost a week later!), and provided us with an estimate that was significantly below the other two that came in. He was professional and understanding of our need for an accelerated timeline (the property standards "police" in our neighborhood are vigilant, and we didn't want a citation!), the crew was great, Robert's communication was top-notch, and we're VERY pleased with the experience from start to finish!
