With that one I actually did have an issue. They did the work fine and then I did pay them extra to fix another outlet outside but that outlet because it was higher so I didn't check it when they finished. But by the time when I use it it doesn't work. So when I called them again they never come back. When they did the work the first time it was good but when I called it wasn't good.

<p>Mike was very straightforward and professional, and did high quality work in the time frame he promised. He also gave us the Angie's List coupon price even though the offer had expired by the time I contacted him. His work has held up beautifully and we recently installed a microwave using the circuit/outlet he installed, and everything works perfectly. We have already given his name and number to a neighbor, who I believe used his services on our recommendation.</p> <br />

It was great. They were pleasant and they got the job done. I have used them before and I remember them. I talked to somebody else and they said that it would be a normal price for that & it was not a deal price. I didn't know if I got robbed or anything like that because it was on Angie's List. It worked in and I didn't have a problem.

I received the inspection. I asked for a bid for the work and they never got back to my inquiry.

"We apologize that you did not receive our follow-up bid. Our records from 2013 show that it was sent, but we never heard back from you. We believe in a low-pressure approach with our customers. However, in the year since your experience, we have implemented a new procedure of asking customers to confirm receipt of bid. As a small business, we strive to exceed expectations from our customers and rely heavily on word of mouth reviews. We definitely do not turn work away and would never want you to think that we ignored your inquiry. Again, we apologize that you had a negative experience a year ago. GREAT, from the get-go this was a good installation. Prompt reply for setting up a visit from owner Mike to assess the job necessities, and the office for setting up an installation date to our liking. Trevor, the electrician who did most of the work was teriffic, and so was his helper. Later in the week(Sunday) morning we had a problem with lights, so I called owner Mike's phone and left a message that there was a problem. This was 6AM and within a few minutes Mike called back, found out what the problem was, and was at our house within the hour. He fixed most of the problem and made plans to have two other workers of his, which were also efficient and pleasant, finish fixing the problem. Altogether, everything was excellent <br />

The appointment went well and the electrician came out. I just never got the e-mail with the quotes for the research from them. The inspection went well, so I was pleased with that. The punctuality was good and he was professional. The only part that I have a problem with is their follow-through, in that they never sent me the information that I was told I was going to get after the inspection.

Bobby was professional and knowledgeable in what was needed. His scheduling met our needs and the work was done in just a few days' time. We were very satisfied with the all the work that was done. Glad we had the Angie's List discount - which kept the work in our price range. There were a few upgrades and change orders that were a little more than we anticipated, but overall we were very satisfied with all the work that was done. Would highly recommend Reputable Electric - and we'll use them again in the future if/when we have a need.

I Highly Recommend Assurance Electric! We are super-happy with the work they have done for us. Before we started I collected bids from six electricians. Assurance was by far and away the most reasonably priced and, more importantly, the easiest to talk to. Throughout our dealings with him the owner, Mike, has brainstormed great solutions for us; I have really felt that he's treated the work at our place as if it was being done at his own home. <br /> The guys that have come out to do the work, Trevor, Regis, Ian, were all excellent: very careful, very knowledgeable, very considerate. At the end of each day they swept up the entire work area (there was LOTS of drilling for new wiring), neatly stacked all their supplies and tools, and were careful to shut any doors. We were constantly kept updated on what their status was: when they would arrive, when they would leave, what they would do next. Mike and his crew are also very responsive by text and email. In fact, I think every time we texted them we got a reply back within a few minutes. <br /> They have also been very supportive of changes we have made during the work. We have made some additions to the work we wanted performed that required them to make extra trips to our house: they have not complained about this at all! And I KNOW these guys are busy! They have supported us all along the way. And we appreciate it! <br />

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was pretty good. The people came on time. There was a bad connection so they had to cut the wall which they were able to do. They had a guy to fix the wall. It is working fine and I am very happy with it. I paid an additional $50. The professionalism was pretty good.
