excellent, timely and professional

We had a horrible sewer issue over the holidays. After trying two plumbers, the second recommended Assured Comfort. They had someone out within a couple of hours. While the problem was too serious to fix that day, they did provide a temporary solution. It wasn't perfect, but allowed us to stay in our home (with some help from a dear neighbor). On the day scheduled to repair the sewer, they arrived early, quickly found and repaired the problem. The estimate they quoted was the exact amount they charged. Their plumbers and support staff are professional and they honestly seemed to care about us and our problem. The first company we called, we have used for twenty years, and they said they could not send someone to even check the problem for two weeks. Our home would have been completely flooded and inhabitable by then. So, if you need an honest, reliable, professional plumber, look no further than Assured Comfort! We will only use them from now on.

The installer had a bit of an issue getting the basement unit to power up. He was ubale to solve it prior to leaving and I had no heat downstairs that night. The next workday, a tech showed up and was able to find the cut ground wire which he repaired and the unit fired right up. The installer inadvertantly cut the ground but was anable to diagnose and repair requiring a more experienced tech to do so.

It was amazing. They were prompt, professional, and very skilled in their trade. I appreciated the way they went above and beyond by cleaning the leaves and gunk out of the unit. They are very good at what they do I will be using them again and I would recommended them to everyone.

The provider, Dave, called 30 minutes before arriving.  Upon arrival they put on footies and went to look at the indoor portion of our AC.  He advised us on the type of filter we were using and suggested the best option for our system.  He then went and looked at our outdoor unit.  Upon return, I was given details of what was fixed and what was wrong.  The AC worked again!  The provider was professional, courteous, punctual and informative.  I would recommend Dave to my friends and family.

The service call went very well.  Dave thoroughly cleaned and tested all our heating and cooling components which took more than an hour to complete.  Nothing was overlooked and when Dave finished he thoroughly explained what all he had done and what his findings and recommendations were.  At no charge to me, he also examined our new mini-split system air conditioner/heat pump, because I had mentioned to him that it seemed to be leaking refrigerant.  Sure enough he was able to pinpoint exactly where there was a leak.  Since this unit is still under warranty, I will have the installer come back and address this leak.   Overall, I could not have been more please with this service call.  When it comes to heating and air conditioning systems Dave who is clearly honest and reliable is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable.  Like I told Dave it gives me great peace of mind to know that he is only a phone call away should I need his assistance.  I highly recommend Dave and his company, Assured Comfort LLC, to anyone ?especially family and friends <br />

My regular service guy advised that I needed new furnaces (attic and basement).  My homeowner warranty sent the call  to assess and replace as needed to Dave.  He was very knowledgable and helped me get to the right solution.  He actually serviced my furnaces and they work great.  I am looking to switch my service maintenance to Assured Comfort.  I would highly recommend this company. <br />

Dave took the time to explain to my husband how our system works, why our heater wasn't fully functioning (filters needed to be replaced), and also educated him on how to direct the airflow properly. Now we know much more about our heater, and will benefit by having better airflow for both our heater and air conditioning units. The $50 we paid for our homeowners deductible was money very well spent. I trust Dave and his colleague - and highly recommend them. <br />

Assured Comfort was selected by my home insurance policy to repair our furnace.  Dave Lamb, the owner, completed the service.  They were on time and called 20 minutes ahead of time.  They quickly diagnosed the issue and even had a replacement control board in stock on their truck.  Throughout the process, it was very clear to me that Dave knew what he was doing.  While I did not select this company to perform the repairs, based on my experience with them, I intend to hire them for my HVAC service.  The verbal price Dave quoted me for normal semi-annual service also seemed reasonable.  Overall, I would recommend these guys to anyone need HVAC service or repair. <br /> Note:  The cost listed was my insurance deductible.  It would have been more if I had to pay directly. <br />

I was actually forced to use Assured Comfort because it was connected with my home warranty program, but I am glad I did. My AC unit was leaking bad. It had soaked up some of the carpet in the basement. I called on a Thursday night, left a message. I called again very early Friday and made an appt for the following Monday morning (first available).  <br /> David, I think that was his name, quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged and improperly installed condensate line (there was no air lock). He quickly unclogged the line and added an air lock to the line. Without any prompting from me, he also checked the unit outside and filled up my freon.  <br /> As a new home owner, I wanted to know and see all that was going on and he patiently explained all that he was doing. Great service, on time, fixed right. My only wish is that the could've come earlier but a one business day delay is to be expected. <br />

I could not recommend anyone more highly.  Dave Lamb (owner) is very professional and highly knowledgeable.  I plan on using them in the future for routine as well not non-routine service.  It was very easy to get an appointment and very pleasurable with which to talk and work.  Highly Recommended!  <br />

Dave Lamb is both very customer service oriented and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC systems.  Dave advised me as to how to perform the preventive maintenance needed to maximize the life of our HVAC equipment.   He was very patient while answering all of my questions.  He found that the capacitor which is used to help start my furnace fan motor was defective and needing to be replaced.  He had the needed part in his truck which greatly expedited the needed repair job.  I found Dave to be a reliable and honest technician who charges very competitive rates for his work.  For greater piece of mind, next year, as soon as my current home buyers warranty expires, I will be switching to Assured Comfort for an annual HVAC maintenance service agreement. 

He came on time.  He used those booties which protect carpeting.  He was polite, efficient and explained what had broken. <br /> I had reason to call him 4 days later for an unrelated HVAC problem and he answered my question and gave me instructions to correct the problem over the phone.  He could have come and charged me for another visit but solved the problem for me and I didn't have any added expense.  I really appreciate his honesty and help. <br />
