I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the results of my installation. What should have been a permanent solution for my home?s safety has turned into a years-long headache. Despite multiple repair attempts since the initial 2019 project, I am still dealing with persistent leaks and water intrusion due to poor window installation. This ongoing failure has now led to structural issues, including rotted wood and drywall damage. To make matters worse, the company owner Jake Manousos refused to take full responsibility for the faulty work, instead asking me to pay half to fix their original mistakes. He then abandons the project. Prior the repair he said he would make things right with 0 cost to me prior to doing the work. It?s disheartening to invest so much in protection only to have it cause more damage to my home. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.

This company’s handling of my elderly parents' installation and inspection process was incredibly disappointing. When my parents informed Jake via text that they wouldn’t be available for the scheduled inspection, he didn’t respond to confirm a reschedule. Instead, my father later received a message stating he owed money, which was incorrect, as we have proof of payment. Proper bookkeeping would have prevented this confusion, yet there was no apology—just a dismissive remark that the message was sent in error. Jake then deflected the conversation, asking about the inspection status, which he should have known given the text sent that morning. The way Jake raised his voice and threatened not to reschedule the inspection was highly unprofessional. Customers should not be spoken to this way, especially when they’re trying to accommodate the company’s process. If a client isn’t available, a professional company should be flexible in rescheduling as many times as necessary to complete the service. Moreover, they seem to try to cover up negative reviews by soliciting new ones. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone against working with this company.

We heard about Assured Storm Protection from a neighbor who highly recommended them, and we couldn’t be any happier with the service from beginning to end. From the sales rep Robert, to working with Lauren, Kim and Angela in the office, to the site visits by Mark Anthony, I felt that they all truly cared and did the best work possible. The installers even took the time to explain how operate the shutters and provided me with enough keys for the ground floor shutters. We purchased the Bertha HV Accordion Shutters with recessed track system. Our salesman Robert was super responsive and very helpful. Engineer Marc was great to work with. Assured is a very professional company and the prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend them!

I contacted Assured Storm Protection Co. to replace my windows with Hurricane storm’s protection windows. The service they provided met all my expectations. From the time I met with their sale representative, the office staff and installers I was met with the utmost respect and excellent customer’s service. They kept me up to date with all the installation’s stages and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I have been approached by several of my neighbors in regards to to my satisfaction with the company and their service, since they are considering replacing their windows with storm ones. I used Assured Storm Protection for my home in Deerfield Beach. We chose the Supernova Accordian Shutters. The time between getting an estimate and the actual install was very quick, even at the beginning of hurricane season. Sales Rep came with color swatches to match per association rules. Installers did a great job. They are super easy to close and open within seconds. The office staff was knowledgeable and polite with any questions I had. Now I have piece of mind knowing I am fully protected from any of those nasty hurricanes. Great company. Fully recommend!

The salesperson was informative, but not high pressure. Installation went smoothly. A team came to the house in the early morning. They took out the old windows/door and accordion shutters and replaced them with 11 windows and one large sliding door. They were fast and efficient and were done by late afternoon. We were very happy with the quality of the product.

We had Assured Storm Protection install SuperNova accordion style hurricane shutters. They were professional right from the start, very friendly and they took care of every step for us. We asked for a very fast installation as we are snow birds in Deerfield Beach. Assured did not disappoint, they made everything so easy for us. They took care of permits with the city, followed up with us at every stage. The install team was courteous and professional. The shutters look great and will give us peace of mind when we are not here during the hurricane season.
