These were the worst housekeepers I've ever had! I had to hire someone else to clean what they supposedly cleaned... NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! And especially not worth $30 hour! Clearly they are NOT PROFESSIONAL and don't know how to clean or care! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

"We are very disappointed you feel that way. This was more of a medical issue we was not informed of beforehand. We did the clean at our 5 star level. Our company is not for your medical condition of bodily infestation of parasites. Those need to be care for by medical professionals and is hazardous to all cleaners."

She does excellent service and works with her mother. When ta team member had covid, they didn't show text, or call. They just cut connections. I spoke to the mother that was helping her daughter get into business. I told her that you need to let clients know what is going on when you don't show up. I asked for my key. A time later, I get a text the daughter was in a morning accident! The mother wasn't upset in the least when I spoke to her, and said nothing at that time. Apparently, this young lady isn't serious about starting a business and doesn't believe in dependability!
