All around he was a good guy, great to work with. He's very professional. He came by to give me a quote and didn't make me feel rushed or anything. His pricing was very reasonable.

I called him and he was here within 30 minutes to give us an estimate. He offered to fix it and we'd pay a service fee, or we could buy the parts and pay him back. he showed us what to do so we didn't need to call him back. He was very honest, friendly, outgoing and talkative. He explained everything going on and what was wrong. I would highly recommend him. Out of every service i've ever had, this was the best.

We're tickled to death with it. Called and he made time to come on out here and had to take a panel off and the old heater out because it had busted. He actually cares about his work and what he's doing. He cleaned up and took the old water heater with him when he left. I never felt like the dollar sign was the only thing he's lookin' at.

The overall service was fantastic. He basically had to redo the whole plumbing system. It was a very complex job, another plumber had somethings incorrect. Once he was done everything is working perfectly.
