A's Tub & Cabinet/Countertops Reglazing

I read all the great reviews and hired Manuel to refinish my bathroom countertop. He recoated the surface and applied a gloss over it. He told me to wait 48-72 hours before using it. I waited 96 hours to use that bathroom. The application was uneven, there are several areas with bumps/particles (spray was uneven), the areas behind the both faucets were not sprayed entirely (you can see the old color blending through), there is already chipping around the area and inside one of the sink bowls. The gloss was not applied evenly as well. It is very rough behind both faucets. The bumps/particles snagged my damp cloth. There were overspray on the bathroom mirror. He only covered the bottom area despite charging me extra for "Tape/Mask and overspray protection". I tried calling Manuel , left a voice message, sent text messages with photos -- no response. At our initial phone call, he said he had a 6 months warranty. I guess he is not honoring it since I have not heard from him.

They did a very good job. Cleaned up after and was professional. We would recommend them.

The initial restoration had to be touched up, which is not uncommon I’m told. Manuel did come back as he said he would and sand and polish the rough areas. Our appointment for the touch up was 3 p.m., and he was 2 hours late though.

Manuel and his partner were great and really knew what they were doing. I have never had a tub refinished before and was nervous about how it would turn out. But they both look brand new and amazing! They were extremely professional, showed up on time, and worked all day long. Extremely conscientious and paid attention to all of the details. No hidden fees. What they told me I would pay is what I paid. They didn't ask for any money up front to show up and start the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their bathtubs refinished.

Manual was great! He called and set up appointment. He was very responsive and arrived timely. Answered my many questions about the resurfacing of my tub. I would recommend him for anyone that needed a tub resurfacing!

Manuel is on the ball! Called me within moments of requesting a quote. Communication was outstanding. He sent me pictures of another job and was really polite and professional. Showed up right on time....very rare in New Orleans! His prices were hundreds less than other services and he had to strip off an old reglazing. I'd definitely hire him again.

The gentleman did a beautiful job. He refinished the tub and tiles in one bathroom and the tiles around the tub in the other. Each area looks brand new.

Excellent. I was kept up to date on when they would arrive & if there were any delays. Mr Scott was very accommodating & fit us in within a week. There was a small run on the outside of the tub & he was there the next day to fix it and did a great job!! Will definitely use again

Excellent. Manuel is one of the most professional people I have been assiciated with. The sink reglazing that he did for me was not night and day, but more like exceptional. I have seen this job done and nothing can compare to the job he did. Certainly looks like a brand new sink. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
