Athens Exteriors

Our dealings with this company were horrible from the beginning. The quality of the exterior repair was not good, the painting both inside and outside were horrible and after getting our money, he kept promising to finish the work but lied continuously and never finished the work to our satisfaction. He never came when he was scheduled to come and always had an excuse and apparently didnt remember what he told you last time and caught him in many lies. Due to the quality of his work, we decided to fire him and not allow him to do the window replacement. We had requested that he remove the construction debris from the yard for over a month as well and he removed a little and left the rest. He did just enough to keep you hanging on to hope that maybe he was going to complete something We requested our deposit back on the door replacements but were told he didn't have the money. When our window order came in, he had ordered the windows wrong costing us a lot of money. In all, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.

He was very late everyday that he was working. He painted the inside of the house and everything was good until he was hurrying to finish. He missed spots and did not come back to fix them. Painted my bathroom two different colors. He was paid to do a siding job and replace a window. He did not replace the window at all and ran out of J channel. He tried to use quarter round in place of the J channel. He also did not put all of the Soffit in place. Left gutters down and not placed back. I had my personal tools missing. When asked if the drill he had was mine the statement was I don’t know where it came from but I don’t need it. I have a truck full of better ones. Then why do you have mine if your truck has better ones in it? The trash is still in my front yard. I am to blame for this as well because I paid for the service before it was %100 done. Overall this was the worst experience I have had. Once he got the money he never came back.

It went well! The quality of the work was good as was the pricing. In addition to that, not only were they friendly but very professional as well.
