Six windows ordered in wrong size; four windows not picked up; exterior doors were taken from my home approximately 45 miles away for resizing, brought back to my home; one door to the outside was not reinstalled for about three days later; so, I spent nights without a back door to the outside; rehung storm doors have cracks underneath where snakes, rats, lizards and other pests can come in to this date; I paid Jared Collins a total of $19,795 for incompetent, unreliability, dishonesty, and shoddy workmanship. I fired him after five months of negligence and shady behavior; canceled his services and requested a refund. He refused to give my money back. He told me he spent my money on paying his personal taxes and for running back and forth. He told me he was building his own house; working on his own house during the time he was to be working at my house; and went on vacation for a week. He has not given my money back and he stopped communicating with me after May 21, 2025.

Very badly taking and keeping $17245 from a customer without service that`s pretty bad.

Jared’s been great I’ll continue to use his services as time progresses in my home and I need it. He’s hauled things off for me, installed flooring, tile, patched huge drywall issues. Really 10/10

He came out and gave his estimate of 3100.00 to sheet rock halh of my garage ceiling garage is 24x24,fix outlet for out side lights, fix 5 steps on back porch fix hot water handle on bathtub replace trim on dormer, replace outdoor light on house. Well he decided to do the bathtub handle replaced outside light, oh yea I forgot the ceiling fan which was in the estimate,replaced steps on porch instead of replacing trim on dormer he just sand it. So after that he decided to change his contract. He did not touch my garage and billed my wife 1800.00 which she paid 1500.00 up front, so he wants to charge 1800.00 and maybe 9 hours on the things he did do. He told wife he was not going to fix garage and want her to paY him another 300.00 so I went off on him and now contact you .

Jared is great. Very pleasant! He was doing the work the very next day after I put in the request on Angie. He is very reasonably priced, work was great quality. Work was completed in a timely manner. Jared is my new go to guy for repairs we don’t have time or knowledge to complete.

Great no issues

It went well. Technician made sure the thermostat and the air conditioner worked properly before leaving. He was friendly and professional.
