Alex Matos did a wonderful job at our house! He gave a reasonable quote, took lots of measurements on his visit and made me feel like he knew what he was doing. He designed the railings himself and did a wonderful job making and installing them. The railings are very sturdy! I highly recommend Alex Matos.

It was fine. It took while to get it scheduled because I wasn't ready to have it done. It involved taking my back door off and I didn't want to do that in January and February. The stuff that I needed to have done didn't take 4 hours. What I was having done wasn't difficult. He showed up on time and he seemed to know what he was doing so I can't ask for more than that. There was no worst part. The best part was he was a nice guy. We had something in common to talk about so we were able to chitchat while he was working. I think it was worth a hundred bucks. It took a while to get it scheduled. I would possibly use them in the future if I needed more the same type of stuff done.

We were VERY happy with Don's performance and plan to hire him again for work in one of our bathrooms.   He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about many areas of home remodeling and repairs.   In addition to his friendly demeanor,   he also gave us some great suggestions to save us some money.   He worked non-stop for the time that was agreed to via the Angie's List Coupon.     Across the board,  a GREAT experience!

It went very well.  He worked efficiently and made sure he cleaned up when the work was complete.  All work was completed satisfactorily.  I would definitely recommend Don to anyone who needs general handyman help. <br />

Don arrived on time for the appointment and started work quickly.  Our priority task was the installation of a number of light fixtures, which he was able to complete efficiently with time to spare for a few extra handyman tasks not on our initial list.  We also are preparing for a door replacement project, and Don was able to give an assessment of the required effort and a few flexible options for engaging his services on the project.  Overall a very professional and experienced handyman, and we expect to work with him again in the future. <br />

Though there were some troubles early on getting responses, yet everything else <br /> was great, including more recent responses.  He was very responsible and hard-working, and I would use him <br /> again.  He seems trustworthy and knowledgeable. <br />

Pro: He is very professional and quite responsive with Angie's List communication mechanism. Once there in the scene he immediately work on the time slot as described in the coupon. In my case, it involves measuring the cabinet, going to a hardware store and buy a piece of wood that fit, bring it back, take out the old floor pieces and install the new one. Because there are water pipes that go through the cabinet floor,  he also needed to cut the wood, make holes for the pipes and glue it back together in the place. He clean up after that also. In the end, because we still have time we asked him to do some other minor fixing and consulting. Generally, the experience is quite pleasure once he arrived. <br /> Con: The only thing that bothered me is that it took a while for us to be able make an appointment with him as he only wanted to do in in the weekend, and because he was busy at that time he did not have any opening for a few weeks. <br />

Don was amazing.  He knew just what to do and went above and beyond to the point that he even put caulking in areas that someone else had finished. <br />

Don was right on time and he gets right to work.  We are very comfortable having him in our home. We plan to use Don as much as we can. <br />

Don called to let me know he would be a few minutes later than the time we agreed on.  He was friendly and accommodating and did a great job, cleaning up in all the areas he worked on in my condo. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him!  <br />
