This is the worst concrete stamping project we've seen. We requested a border which was ignored, the contractor's team told me the concrete was supposed to be tinted which the owner also agreed and said "the cement company didn't have the color you wanted" AFTER it was poured, there are foot and finger prints in the throughout the pattern, a leaf print was exposed in the color, areas appear that someone splashed paint on the concrete and areas with no tint, the lines of the stamp pattern are uneven and curved, the stamping is inconsistent (double stamping, not stamped hard enough, etc.), no rebar or mesh was installed under the apron, no expansion joints were set in between the house/garage and patio, the surface cracked within 24 hours. While we appreciated the offer to redo the work, we have lost faith in their ability given how poorly the first try came out. I have requested a refund and have been denied.

"We appreciate all feedback and take all customer complaints seriously. This particular stamp selected does not have a border also keeping in mind when applying pressure to stamp we have to protect the edges. Also with all projects we request a deposit to cover material. Once the project was complete customer expressed dissatisfaction. We can not refund for material that has been poured, what we did offer was to tear out what was done and reinstall with a new pattern that would work better for the round shape and select a different color at no cost to customer. Essentially doing the project twice at no cost to them. However this customer declined and requested their deposit back which we denied . The remaining amount due for the project has been closed out and we are not requesting any further compensation. We wish them the best and would’ve loved the opportunity to fix the issues they had ."

Folks are hard working and professional. But they lack in experience and skill. They delayed my project which is not that big of a deal by itself, but they didn't finish it properly. My fence was left with lots of gap on both sides. After lots of explaining they agreed to close the gaps albeit with some poor chicken fence. Clean up after the job was also not thorough. I still have(after a month) old discarded fence, concrete and also some left over material from new fence spread in my yard. I think they have the right attitude just need to apply it over and over again for couple years with a customer-centric approach and they just might make it as a good contractor. Even small things like not walking in landscaped yard and following owners wishes to use specified area for traffic were ignored. But i liked them and the crew so do wish them luck and wish them well. I hope they take this review in positive stride and come out better.

It was excellent. Darius was extremely responsive, he did it very quickly, he oversaw the work and make sure that they did a really good job and we really like him. The whole crew seems to be a family and they have a really good environment with the whole group.

They completed a fence around my yard . Would hire again for any outdoor project . Reasonably priced and friendly . Quick to respond and super professional crew. Showed up on time and completed everything they said in a timely manner
