Keith promptly responded to my request submitted on HomeAdvisors (with in 10 min). I received several quotes for a new HVAC system. Atlanta Air Authority provided a competitive rate and their length of time in business, won the job for me. The install crew was fantastic. They were professional, tidy, and took time to help learn how to operate my new system. I will be recommending them to my neighbors.

Atlanta Air Authority just installed a new Amana high efficiency HVAC system in my home replacing a 22 year old Amana system and I couldn't be happier with the results. One of their comfort consultants, Keith, promptly responded to my internet inquiry with a phone call, came over to analyze my needs, and provided a competitive quote. Impressed with Keith's work plan I scheduled the installation. The technicians completed the job on time as promised. The company's professionalism and work quality were outstanding. They're the best!

I contacted Atlanta Air Authority to replace my heat pump. The owner and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The technician was as friendly as he was informative. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend!!

Jim was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed to care about the customer and not in a hurry to do the job and get out. I've also hired them for capping off gas lines as well and that employee had the same work ethics. They aren't the cheapest company but they are friendly, professional, on time and seem to have the knowledge & experience on their side.

Doug & Anthony came out for my PM check. They were very personable, friendly and very professional. They offered suggestions how to to improve the performance of system. I would highly recommend their company! They seemed to really care about doing a good job for the customer!

During a routine maintenance call, I was told by another company...one I had been doing business with for 20 years, that I needed a new unit. I had Atl.Air Authority come out to give me an estimate. They inspected the unit and advised that it was in good working order. Recommended another maintenance inspection in spring, just to be sure I was ready for summer. I was beyond relieved. I had been shocked by the other recommendation, since the unit was working beautifully. But, they had said it was in all kinds of trouble. Thank you Atlanta Air Authority

Tim was knowledgeable and appeared to do good work in diagnosing burned out compressor in heat pump system and obtaining and installing new compressor under warranty. Labor cost to perform installation was reasonable. Unlike other contractor that came out earlier, Tim did not try to sell me a fully new system at significant cost.

I needed to replace my hot water tank, air conditioning & heating unit. Their prices are very competitive and they will not be beaten! The units that were installed were top notch. The entire company is ran with excellence. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The workers who came to install my system were knowledgeable, friendly and did a wonderful job in no time at all. I would highly recommend Atlanta Air Authority!

Very happy overall. Had a little difficultly connecting with Keith due to busy schedules...but once we got connected, I was very comfortable with him. Even more importantly, the crew that came out to knock out the installation in one day was top notch. Large crew...met everyone of them...and they worked very hard. When all was said and done, I wasn't completely happy with the placement of one duct. Keith immediately responded to my email and arranged his crew's time around mine and came out and move it. No problem recommending these guys at all.

please coordinate with the companies regarding follow-ups like this. I've probably spoken to at least 4 people and recived numerous emails regading my level of satisfaction. I don't mind giving it, but this is getting ridiculous!
