Was a good experience for two new units at two different times but they folded and went out of business! Warranty gone with them :-(

Atlanta Air Care was very professional from call back to quote to the installation of the attic HVAC unit. Every employee I spoke with was polite and courteous. A big thank you to AAC for making a dreaded task so easy!

Great experience with Atlanta Air Care, working with Daniel. Daniel came out, reviewed our needs and gave us a great price for a new HVAC. The energy efficient system is saving.

They installed a vent line and it was well done.

Atlanta Air Care replaced both furnace and air conditioner. Per my request the furnace replacement needed some tweaking which was accomplished in short time to my satisfaction. Install of air conditioner was satisfactory first time. I obtained quotes and reviews of numerous HVAC companies over a lengthy period and finally decided on Atlanta Air Care because of price and belief the work would be professionally done. I was not disappointed.

2nd hvac unit AAC has installed in past 2.5 years. Jimmy Hester was excellent to work with and answered all questions immediately. I saw some negative reviews regarding their previous partnership. Jimmy referred me to Larry Skinner, the President of operations, who personally put all my concerns to rest. No other hvac companies came close to price, value, and the AAC 10 year parts and labor guarantee is second to none. Mike the installer is the best. Professional, prompt, and efficient. This the 2nd unit he has installed for me and he never disappoints. Mike is the man and consistently gets high marks from other customers!

Atlanta Air Care did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves, used tarps, took the old unit away, explained the guarantee explained everything else very well. They were neat and clean. They put in a Trane unit. They were very professional.

These guys were awesome, going above and beyond to do a good job. They showed up on time, kept me informed of their progress and cleaned up nicely afterwards. They were personable and overall great to work with! Would absolutely hire again!

Had a HVAC system installed in April of this year. I did some comparison shopping and found Atlanta Air Care to provide the best options and the best prices. I was very satisfied with all aspects, it was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend.

Atlanta Air Care installed a new HVAC system in one of my rental homes and I have been satisfied with their customer service, pricing, and installation. Their pricing is very competitive compared to the big name HVAC companies. They install Trane units. I would recommend AAC to any of my friends and relatives.

Atlanta Air Care installed a new Heat Pump system for me on yesterday. They showed up on time, were very professional, and courteous. They got the job done in less time than was anticipated and the system was working and looked great.

Had 2 AC units installed in same day. It was fast and clean installation. Now we enjoy the 2 new AC very much. Very good price.

This company is great! Jason was my sales representative he was responsive and did not try to hard ball me into a system. He was smart on what my needs were and questions. The installers were very nice & helpful. One important thing was my security. They showed up in a company vehicle, on time with paperwork in hand, they clean up afterwards. I actually cancel with another company just to go with Atlanta Air Care and I'm glad I did. Thank you!

Their bid was significantly below the other bids I received for replacing my up and downstairs HVAC systems plus they used Trane equipment which is highly rated by consumer reports. They installed both units in one day and have been working flawlessly ever since.

My AC units (2) were getting old and I was shopping around for prices on new units. We received a good price to replace both systems (AC and furnace). And we had a short turn around appointment for the install. Overall very happy with the service. I would have liked to have received a call back after the install to check how the install went. Competitive pricing and didn't try to sell me a bunch of things that I didn't need.

Daniel, Michael, Carlos and Xavier were outstanding Technicians and they were skilled at their trade. I would use Atlanta Air again and highly recommend them.

Overcharged for a minimal cost part and would not provide a written estimate first, stating if I wanted a written estimate, he would have to come back for an additional service call. I should have sent him packing, but instead I paid over $500 in replacing one capacitor and adding 1 pound of refrigerant, all discovered by a routine A/C system check. I did not receive a receipt upon completion of work and was told it would be emailed. The technician's math was off by over $50 from what he told me I would be charged, and I had to write the repair math myself to prove what he told me the repair costs would be. When I did not receive and emailed receipt within 2 days, I called and was told they needed to check into it and would receive a call back. 1 week later, I still have no receipt for work completed. Don't hire this company.
