We are a small business located in historic Inman Park that specializes in residential and commercial cleaning! We understand that having your home cleaned is a very personalized service, so we focus on getting to know our clients and giving them the most detailed service possible. We're a different little cleaning company! We believe in a client centered service business. In fact, you could say that we are really in the service business and not the cleaning business. We believe in hiring great people who work well together, have ambitious lives, and are truly dedicated to giving great service. We believe that great service means using eco-friendly products, being punctual, and offering meticulous work to our clients' exacting standards. We believe in building client relationships that last for years and in constantly searching for feedback that will improve what we do. We believe in building an ethical business that creates jobs for our local community and does our best for our staff. We have a wellness program that includes sports chiropractic visits and yoga for our employees and we pay everyone at least a standard living wage for Atlanta. We do great work and our clients refer us to their friends and family. This is the greatest compliment a business could ever ask for! "Hi Angie's List Clients, We do everything possible to offer the best service to our clients and support to our staff. We never enjoy an upset client or bad review and we work hard to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts. I have reviewed this client's service history and he is correct, we have cancelled some cleans. We are a small business with around 25 employees, most of which are cleaning staff. We use a CRM software and keep track of which teams service which clients, how long each clean takes and specific notes on client preferences. In addition, our teams makes notes in their daily logs on service visits, exception management and client interactions. We do our best to offer preferred staffing to our clients with successful teams. Most of our teams are either 2-3 people and will clean between 2-5 homes a day depending on the size and location of the homes. We have a strict policy about not sending sick employees into homes for the health and safety of our staff, clients and community. January and February hit our company very hard with almost everyone in our team getting sick with the flu. We had several full time employees who were hospitalized. Add some ice storms to the flu epidemic and sure, we haven't been able to maintain our normal work volume This client has been a weekly service since 2015. I reviewed his service history and found that in the last 4 months, there have been a total of ten cleans completed and five cancellations. Two were from the client and three were from The Atlanta Cleaning Source. In each case, we offered a rescheduled visit. Here are the details on the cancelled cleans: 11/21/17: ACS arrived to clean. clean that was confirmed via email on 11/15. Client sent us away said he didn't know we were coming 12/28: Client cancelled via email. 1/4: ACS cancelled due to employee illness 1/18: ACS emailed to cancel due to ice storm. Client never responded. 2/8: ACS cancelled due to employee illness. I would like to add that even six months later, this client continues to email and harass our office team despite the fact that we have not responded to his harassment. We understand and respect that not every client will be happy with our service but for a client to continue to go out of their way to provoke our staff out of spite is unacceptable. "Hi Angie's List members! Yes we did make a mistake with [Member Name Removed]'s billing and had a balance of $23 on her account for a short time. There was some miscommunication in our office about the billing for this client's clean. However, I (the owner) did call [Member Name Removed] and explain what happened and that we would be changing her invoice to a $0 balance. This was about 2 months ago so I don't understand why the delayed review is rated as an overall D and I am not sure why this client does not recall our phone conversation as it was lengthy but ended well. [Member Name Removed] did tell us that she was pleased with the cleaning we did for her. Our team was on time for the cleaning and the office followed up afterwards to make sure she was happy. At the time, she was pleased. The $205 price was for the initial cleaning and was much less than we originally quoted this client as her home was very clean and it took us less time than anticipated for the first visit. Our understanding was that the additional $10 was a tip for the team. Overall, we were not able to offer regular service to this client as she was outside of our normal service area and she was extremely particular concerning her cleaning needs, schedule, and staffing concerns. We do our best to be honest about what whether we can meet a client's needs ahead of time in hopes of creating a positive experience for everyone involved. Kindly, Jennifer Roland"
