Rudy and his team are excellent! Customer service, professionalism and workmanship are awesome. I submitted my request for quote on a Sunday evening and Rudy responded. The following Tuesday, Rudy's team started installing my new floor. Well done!

Rudy was in charge of this project and provided excellent employees Ernesto and Anderson and they worked very **** ** my repair. Rudy helped in getting all of the parts needed and his employees worked very hard and did a fantastic job. I now have a beautiful bathroom and it was well worth the month. Great job!

I bid the job to 3 different contractors and not only was Atlanta Floor One the best in price, they were the most professional, most punctual, and most responsive from the very beginning. And in the end their quality of work was outstanding. Rudy did the estimate and was extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. He seemed to truly care about my job and it wasn't just another job for him. His LVP crew showed up on time and laid all the flooring in a day and a half when I thought it would take 2+ days. They rarely took breaks, worked extremely fast and did great work. Even on a Saturday! Marcos and Limon were very nice and any time I had a question they stopped and took time to listen and answer. I was planning to re-install my baseboard but asked if they could do it. They said they could do it for $250 and waited on me to get the material and then knocked it put in 2 hours AND caulked it all. The staining crew came on Monday and sanded and stained both sets of stairs in about 5 hours and the match perfectly. They came back the next day to add 1 cost of poly in 1 hour and were gone. I've never had crews work so hard, so fast and with such good quality all while being very nice and respectful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Atlanta Floor One!!

Excellent contractor! Rudy gave me a detailed quote within 24 hours of visiting my home. The quote was fair and complete. Ernesto is the tile expert (over 20 years experience) and installer, and worked diligently Tuesday through Saturday until the job was completed. Beautiful job!

there were several problems with the installation of the tile in addition to a toilet that was not reinstalled correctly causing damage to my first floor. They also covered the enterance with paper and tape, but when they removed the tape it removed the finish on my hardwood floor and there was a gouge left in the wood. Asked the owner Rudy to take a look at the issue with the tile floor and he never came by. I had another company come to my house to see if the tile issues could be resolved, and the tile will need to be reinstalled. At this point I am seeking repayment for the installation and damages caused to my home. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

From the first phone call Rudy (owner) was prompt and responsive.  His crews arrived as scheduled and were all very professional and courteous.  They took great effort to keep disruption of our home to a minimum and worked hard to limit and manage the dust that this sort of job generates.  His employees really seemed to enjoy their work.  The finished product is beautiful and we were impressed that Rudy does not require any payment prior to completion.  His quote was the best and we can't imagine being happier with the end result! <br />

It went very well!  They came in and we moved out to give them room.  We had a place to go, but they said we could have stayed there anyway.  VERY trustworthy being there without us and the floors and the stairs look AMAZING!  We are going to use them again for some other flooring in our house. <br />

The team was experienced and highly efficient. They also did a great job in leveling out a couple of areas that had concerned me. <br /> Communication was great and the initial quote was right on. Oh, and we love our new floors. It has changed our entire house. <br />

Received 4 bids for the job. Rudy the owner gave me the best price and seemed to be the most detail oriented. Job took about 6 days to complete. Ernesto the installer worked very hard and diligently daily and always checked with me on details and potential problems before doing any work in an area. <br /> Every detail was taken care of,  right down to installing the right   threshold between bedroom carpet and tile and finishing the step down from the foyer to the main areas to give a nice finished look. <br />  Tile looks great all cuts very clean and layout came out  great too. There were many cuts because of the diagnol layout in many areas. Would  use and recommend Atlanta Floor One in the future. <br />

The gentleman's name is Rudy. I had the floors put down in 2010. Initially we thought the service was fine. They had a middle of the road price which we thought was fine. The only thing was, that we ordered an extra 2 boxes for us to keep, and the crew laid everything including the 2 boxes, because they had short ordered. They didn't inform us that they needed to order another box, and they just laid it. At that point, I was pregnant, and due any moment, so we didn't deal with it. The owner was great to work with, and it was more of a crew issue, but that says a lot about the company too. They tried to make up for any issues that we had. They had left glue on the floor, and I said I wanted the glue removed, so he had a guy come out and work for several hours to remove the glue. We have considered using them to do our stairs, because we wanted them to match it.

We couldn't be more satisfied with Floor One.  We collected 4-5 bids to install ~1175 square feet of engineered hardwood flooring in our basement, and Rudy's price came in lowest (and he frankly inspired the most confidence).  A crew of 4-5 guys arrived promptly at 8am and knocked out the entire job in probably six hours.  They used Mapei glue, which is good stuff (and isn't the cheapest), and the floors look terrific.  We bought transition strips between the wood flooring and tiled bathroom, and the job was so clean the strips weren't necessary. <br /> We GC'd the finishing of our basement ourselves and the subs were hit and miss; Floor One was definitely a hit, and we can't recommend Rudy and Floor One more highly. <br />

I have used them in two different homes. Always professional. Provides great information and about choices. Installers are great. In one house the previous flooring had been glued down, with way too much glue. But he tackled the job. I would use him again,

Rudy and his team installed hardwoods throughout several rooms in my home, as well as tile flooring in Master bath and a very intricate backsplash in my Kitchen. I was having trouble finding the wood I wanted that would be within my budget, and Rudy was able to provide me with something that was exactly what  I wanted and priced just right. It was a challenging installation as my home is on a slab that was badly poured. Rudy knew exactly what to do! I felt very confident with Rudy from day one. Very professional, punctual, and polite. I had gotten a couple of quotes to refinish my floors.  Not only was Rudy the best price, he gave me good advice of the best way to do it so that it would look like new when done, showed me different samples of stain and made his professional recommendations.  He was very patient in answering all my questions and NEVER pushy.  He provided me with an estimate within a day.  When I told him I was ready to move forward, he was always easy to work with, flexible with the schedule and always called/.emailed me back the same day.  The 2 guys that did most of the work were also very pleasant, hardworking and did an amazing job on the floors.  Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner :-)   I would highly recommend. <br />
