Chad was wonderful, he arrived the same day we called. Within a short while he had remove a dead armadillo from underneath our barn! He is fearless and amazing. We have him on our list to call when the new resident armadillo kicks the bucket!

Christy was so nice over the phone and said Chad would come out. She called when he was on his way. When Chad arrived, he worked very hard at the tight space underneath the porch until he removed the opossum. Such nice people. I will definitely keep their information for future use and to pass along. Thank you.

We hired Atlanta Wildlife Solutions for rodent removal services in October of 2019. Work was done within 3 days of hiring and we have not had any other issues, Chad came out and set traps and Christian sealed our home. The communication was top notch along with the sealing.

Initial install was ok. We liked Chad and the opportunity to work with a smaller business after the quotes from some of the other big companies - but after we paid, getting them scheduled became impossible. At this point, we've been completely cheated out of our money for the contract, and rudely harassed on top of that. This summer has become a customer nightmare. We've called chad 8 times. His only response is via text. He refuses to call and talk to a customer about the issues. Beyond that he will then text incoherent stories and accusations in response to voicemails to avoid dealing with anything. They have no-showed on us twice. Then showed up late without calling. Then told us they wouldn't service us because we could not accommodate their sudden late arrival. Its like the company thinks they are doing you a favor for just showing up - even after you've paid and signed a contract. When reaching back out about missed appointments, Chad is unapologetic, accusatory, and callous about the commitment for the paid services and warranty. He threatened and told us as (a paid and warrantied customer) to go find someone else to do the work after we were not present when his contractor showed up late without calling. The communication is rude and accusatory and completely inappropriate for paid customers spending thousands. This would have been so easy to make right and honor the warranty from the first, Second, THIRD or FOURTH phone call - or the first, second, third or FOURTH missed appointment. Now the appointment no-shows, threats and followup rude attitude have become a customer nightmare. Its clear (because they said so) they wont honor the warranty and they will do everything possible to avoid and then attack you to take your money and run. Classic avoidance tactics that cheat. Complete waste of money and time. I leave this in the hope anyone else can avoid this nightmare...as the other reviews say below, its impossible to get the service you paid for.

Since the initial work was done, we have had numerous breaches of the house with an extensive rodent problem.  New nests in new locations.  After man calls to Chad, we finally got one of his technicians to come out.  He is incredibly apologetic but only has enough time to look at the problem make a quick attempt and let the problem remain unfixed.  They are in total breach of their contract.  I have given up on them. <br /> My guess is that the your technicians that came out initially promised too much to many clients around town and now Chad cannot keep up with all his contracts that he cannot keep up with.  He is in way over his head. <br />

After a pretty rocky start. The owner tried hard to make it right. which was greatly appreciated.  Although we did not have the best experience, I am impressed by the efforts the owner made to make us happy.
