Atlanta Window Pros

Not impressed so far. I ordered 11 windows on Dec 3, 2020. Was told to expect delivery in 4-6 weeks. Nobody ever contacted me to alert me of any delay. After several attempts last week, finally got a call back today (March 1, 2021). Was told they expect to have windows in their possession on March 30th. That's quite a bit longer than 4-6 weeks.

Atlanta Window Pros did a great job and was professional and pleasant to have in my house. This was a very complicated job because a flat window was installed on a concave brick base. There were some complications along the way but the installer called me and walk me through it which I really appreciated. The outcome was amazing and opened up the entire back of the house. We are pleased with the windows and have recommended this company to at least one longtime friend.

Every aspect was wonderful, service, performance, response to minor problems, absolutely the best experience in a long time! I would definitely recommend them to all my neighbors!!

Atlanta Window Pros did a great job. We love the windows. When time for installation rolled around they were prompt on the job and cleaned up after themselves. After the install was complete I can say that I was very impressed with the craftsmanship. The entire process of installing the windows went extremely well. This company provides the most value for the money, as they are straightforward and reasonable with the estimate, timely and precise with the installation, and professional and caring with the follow-up. The crew was accessible and courteous throughout the entire process, working within our budget and figuring out how to best meet our needs, including providing guidance and advice about the smallest details. Our 8 windows and 3 doors look incredible and function perfectly, which is important for energy saving in the winter. FIVE stars is not enough! They showed up on time for both the measuring appointment and the installation. 9:30, Atlanta Window and his crew arrived. Super polite and responsive, they set to the installation of six windows and two sliders. They put down tarps everywhere and over everything. By 1:00 they had windows in and were almost done with the sliders. By 6:30 they had the whole job done, which included all the moulding, which they gave a quick coat of high gloss white paint to. They cleaned up everything, put anything they moved back in place and left the house almost cleaner than when they started. They when over everything with us and made sure were were satisfied. I would definitely use them again.

Atlanta Window Pros was professional from start to finish. They did the estimate, they was punctual and thorough and they came up with a solution for a persistent problem which nobody else had suggested. The estimate came by e-mail and I was able to sign the contract on my phone and schedule the job immediately. I received several courtesy calls confirming the appointment and letting me know what to expect and the crew was on time and went right to work. I had not cleared enough space and they were gracious about it. They worked nonstop until complete and left the areas they worked cleaner than when they arrived. They did a great job, everything looks perfect.

It went well from the beginning to end. The windows installed are good, affordable. He made this a pain free and exciting project for me. The install team was great. They were professional and efficient. Did not take very long and cleaned up good. Glad that I chose Atlanta Window.

Team arrived on time and very courteous. The install went well and took longer than they expected, as the install was done. They really are a good team. Overall, very happy with our new windows and the overall process.

I had several windows in the back of my house which had become opaque over time. I received an estimate for window replacement from a well known company and then turned to Atlanta Window Pro. They were able to do a similar replacement for less than half the cost. We are so happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. Overall great experience. I would recommend Atlanta Window Pro to friends and family!

They were very expensive but the quality of the work was very good. They were very professional and easy to work with. I did have an issue with the manufacturers of the window but they fixed it right away. Everything at our home looks AMAZING and we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Atlanta Window Pro! We will definitely choose them again for future projects.

Basically very well. The owner, is extremely accessible and gave a great presentation. Any time I had a question or issue I called him and he answered immediately. There was a little delay with the measuring of the windows and the installation date, but the windows are great and the installation team was professional and got them installed in one day. I would recommend Atlanta Window Pro. The owner is working really hard to ensure satisfaction.

I am so pleased with my new windows. They make such a huge difference in the look of my home. I had a friend come stay with me shortly after the install and she commented how quiet it is. As if that wasn't enough I could clearly see from my heating bill that they made a big difference from the very first day they were installed! They explained the process to me so I knew exactly what to expect and he kept checking in throughout the process to make sure everything was going as planned. They was in charge of the install. They showed up promptly and were very careful to protect flooring etc. while they were there and made sure they cleaned everything thoroughly before they left. I am very much impressed with the customer service and with the quality of my windows! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Installation was very smooth and professional, careful with detail through entire process. The workers did an outstanding job, worked very quickly and cleaned up very well after they completed the job. I have had a lot of work done on my home and I have never been more satisfied with a job as I have been with them. They were outstanding! We would highly recommend using them and we will again.

The customer service and install everything they do is excellent. I don’t think you can find better installers than Atlanta Window Pro guys. They are efficient and excellent from start to finish. I was prepared to clean up after they left but I didn’t have to. They covered everything during the install and when they were done they vacuumed and cleaned everything up. Their price is good too. Extremely happy.

We had to have several windows replaced so this company came out three different appointments at my convenience to have several replaced at a time. The project manager was very professional explaining all costs and what to expect. The installer came out he explained any problems that came up while he was installing. He explained what he did and how to operate the windows as well as the safety features. He left my home and outside in the same clean condition as it was before he started. Highly recommend this company for window replacement/Upgrades.
