If I could give zero stars I would. I booked this company for an urgent project and confirmed date/time on a Monday. On Friday, someone shows up saying they are here to work on assembling my shelves. I said we were scheduled for Monday and he got very aggressive and made a phone call. He kept insisting that he was already here and just let him in to do it and I said no because I am getting furniture delivery and then leaving. He got more frustrated and finally left. I felt very uneasy and considered canceling, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. On Sunday evening, I texted the number to confirm that we were still good for Monday and he responded that we were. No one ever showed up or responded to any of my messages. This is the first time using Angie and honestly this was an awful experience. I assumed there would be some kind of background checking or vetting but I cannot imagine there was because something seemed very off. Proceed at your own risk but needed to share

They were great.

The guys came on time and replaced my faucet in the basement. They were professional and get the job done nicely.

Bryan was awesome! He put three pieces of furniture together for me. All had electrical components to it. He also dismantled and unloaded all of the furniture that was here already. This was all after a fresh 4 inch snowfall. He was dedicated and friendly and made sure everything worked and was to my liking. Additionally, communication with A1 was exceptional and they were very reasonably priced. I would 100% use them again. My son is so happy for his new bedroom setup and my back is so happy for my new standing desk. Thank you Bryan and A1 Construction!!!

Terrific. He came on time, did a wonderful job , is very trustworthy, and a real craftsman. I would hire him again as a contractor for anything.

Quick to quote and book (especially when we had a water damage project and couldn’t wait around) , not afraid to take on challenges that other contractors wouldn’t work on, fast turnaround and good pricing. Would I use them again?: I’ve done a kitchen remodel with them, then a living room- from ceiling paint to floor install to closets remodeling, and I’m having them return for a quote on deck / balcony and gazebo reconstruction and new fence So yes.. I would definitely use them again!
