We had seached for contractor to build a bonus room, when we were referred to Atlantic Builders & Design. From our first meeting and throughout the process they handled every aspect of the job with honesty, integrity and skill. All my emails and phone calls were answered promptly, and every unforeseen event, no matter big or small, was dealt with care and consideration. . <br /> Examples: Todd gave a price for the rear porch. As it turned out, much of the supporting 4x4's were rotted out, and needed replacement. Todd showed me exactly where the problem was, and informed me how much more it would be to replace the damaged area. He was honest and open. He said I could use the beams that were there for no extra charge, but said it would be problematic down the road. I agreed, and the price was increased by a couple hundred dollars. Todd also offers a 1 year warranty on all his work if there's a problem!

Todd and his team are hardworking, respectful, engaging the customer along the way into the details of the job. He was not the least expensive person out there, but you will definitely get what you pay for, and he won't be satisfied with the job until you are. He is meticulous in his efforts, and conforms all his work to local code and ordinances. When there are unforeseen issues or problems, he communicates that immediately, and explains how that may affect the original estimate. Above all, Todd and Adam are honest, and you can trust that they are reliable to work on their own, unsupervised.  He can do it all...from roofing to plumbing and electrical. Do NOT hire this CROOK!!! Todd Selleck, was hired to do a major addition on our home and after the last draw came from the bank he took the money (OVER TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS) and RAN!! We have tried every which way to get our money back from him, and now we will have to go through the court system. He does not pay his subcontractors and they can come after you too. Be warned?.this man is not to be trusted! Wish I had known this first. <br />
