Atlantic Craftsman responded to my Home Advisor request for estimate on a new roof immediately. We set up mtg for next day. I was very comfortable with rep feeling he provided a straight forward, honest sales pitch. Work was scheduled and performed within 10 days. Job execution was quick, efficient, and very professional. New roof was on and cleanup completed within 7 hours. I am very satisfied with Atlantic Craftsman and my new roof.

I was impressed with their response at onset of job query. Information they presented set the stage for all that would follow. Competition was tough, they were neither most nor least expensive. The office personnel was personable and handled my needs promptly. At least one zone of my yard had construction debris remaining after they had completed their job. Also, the skiff used to collect rubbish, damaged areas of my driveway. It seems pointless to fight them on the issue.

Everyone I dealt with at Atlantic Craftsman was professional and pleasant. They did a fine job on my new roof and gutters. They had a good organized crew for the job and finished in a professional manner. The cleanup was awesome as well. The price was fair and they explained the steps along the way. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Craftsman.

This company went the extra mile to gain my business. and did an AMAZING job! The team was also VERY professional and timely.

First off, they were the only company that could come out on a Saturday to do my estimate(according to the home advisor scheduling tool) The representative that came out had already looked up measurements online from our house listing, then he took a look at the house to see what we had going on. Then he prepared the estimate in about 10 minutes. He then took the time to explain to us the different kind of shingles, and how our roof venting works(which I really appreciate) We had one other estimate done prior, and Atlantic Craftsman's came back at almost half what the other company's estimate was. The job was scheduled within a week, and they did the work in 1 day. They laid down huge tarps to catch all the debris. After they left you couldnt even tell they had been here(other than the beautiful new roof) The last thing I need to comment on was that they didn't have me pay one cent until after the work and cleanup was all done. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to have a roof replaced or repaired. We also got an estimate to install gutters, which we didn't do this time, but it was a very reasonable quote.

The staff of Atlantic Craftsman was amazing from Charlie Cole who came by for the estimate and detailed explanation through the professional roofing crew that showed up when they said (and were literally on the roof at 7:00am as promised) and they did an excellent job. Our roofing system they installed is great and they knocked it out in one day with a clean up that surpassed our expectations. We appreciated Donnie who scheduled our re-roofing and took care of the invoice, and also the office staff that were very friendly, helpful, and efficient with getting our warranty information processed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. They did such a great job that 3 of our neighbors got their roofs replaced by Atlantic Craftsman within a week of ours being replaced. We referred them directly to a neighbor who had then re-roof their house within days of our job based on how well they did and the service we received, and it went on from there for the other 2 neighbors. The Atlantic Craftsman crew was that good.

There pitch for the roof was perfect. Easy to understand. No hidden cost. They worked fast in and out in a day. Left nothing behind. Easy to get in touch with after the job was completed. I will use them on the future for my roofing needs.

We have nothing but GREAT things to say about our experience with Atlantic Craftsman. Mike Olmstead was our project lead and he was absolutely amazing. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about dealing with insurance companies and the roofing industry in general. He guided us through the entire claims process and was responsive to us from start to finish. Joe Glazebrook, the owner, was very friendly and proactive from the start. Both of these gentlemen are very professional, honest, have excellent customer service and do quality work. Our roof was installed a couple of weeks ago and we love it! It looks amazing and the crew cleaned up so well leaving our yard free of debris and nails. Our transactions were seamless and now we are very happy with our new roof!

Charlie Cole and Katlen were very straight to the point and professional. I could feel, hear and see the integrity and honesty as they worked with me. The price was better than another competitor who wanted to charge me $1800 more for the same cost as Atlantic Craftsman Company with the same requirements, codes, warranties etc. Atlantic Craftsman Company have not started the work yet as I met with them today, but I'm certain the work quality is what I'd be pleased with.

Great work. We love the look of our new roof. Charlie Cole was great throughout the whole process.

Good job. The only problem is that no one came to us when the roof was completed and no one walked us around for an inspection of the finished product. We had no way of knowing the job was completed until we got the bill. I emailed the company to inquire about who inspected the roof to make sure everything was checked over at the end, but no one got back to me.

Great work would recommend them. Only issue would be communication when they arrived to do the job. Guys would arrive and leave without any notification.
