<p>On first call, showed up next day, I had let my 99 dollar a year maintenance fee expire in December due to other cost prioritities. At that point the system was working again, so it was 58 dollars for the visit, and I went ahead an  renewed annual policy for 99 dollars also. That night system wasn't working, I took some pics and video of what was happening, they came out again promptly the next day, and was able to diagnose the circuit breaker in house box was bad. They weren't comfortable with the electrical work, so they removed breaker and referred me to Woodfin, no additional charge from Atlantic. Woodfin came out, replaced two breakers, and advised "it's going to happen again, you should replace the whole circuit box" for 1400 dollars, I deferred that because I looked at the main box bus myself, and have a bit of metallurgy background,. I had them just put in two breakers, and added an annual checkup, additional 250 dollars. so basically they charged me 150 dollars to replace a couple of 10-20 dollar breakers. I will probably eventually replace the main box, but I will monitor it for now, no additional damage, so the breakers are doing their job, and it IS an older main panel box. Atlantic needs to have their own inhouse electrical that can do a little more indepth electrical things, but overall a good job, very prompt and good service as usual from Atlantic, they do outsource to Woodfin some, I'm not familiar enough with them to just believe what they say, but they seem nice enough, and have a product to sell. </p> <br />

Woke up to cold downstairs -- heating system not working.  First floor furnace was not turning on.  Called company and service technician arrived same morning.  Very professional.  Troubleshot the furnace and found burnt out ignitor.  Called Carrier to confirm part number and appropriate replacement.  Installed new ignitor and verified operation.  I also decided to purchase yearly service plan for both Heat/AC zones (two visits per year for each) for $270. <br />

I have a service plan and always get good service. <br />

They did  visual inspection and repair. Everything went well.

Service was scheduled promptly and technician provided additional recommendations to prolong the life of our system <br />

I have had very good experiences with Atlantic over the last few years for A/C repair, installation and service. I have used several companies in the area and Atlantic have been the best of the crop. Very professional, very prompt, very knowledgeable. <br />

very responsive, on time, did thorough job but forgot to reconnect a part, so had to have them back out, next day. They initially installed the system and are pretty reliable and good quality for the price. <br />

They are excellent! They are very thorough and on time for appointments. They are a litttle cheaper in price than other companies and still the same quality. They are great to work with and they make sure you are happy with them.

The system was installed very professionally with no more than expected invasion.  The job ran over the predicted time allowance by a day and a half, but that was not a concern as long as the installation proper.  The site was left clean and orderly when the job was completed.

He was very nice and thorough.  I signed up for the comfort care plan.  Someone will be coming out twice a year to do a tune-up.  It also gives me <strong>same-day</strong> service, the service call charge is $58 instead of $99, and premier pricing on anything else.  The same day service means a lot when its roasting outside, i don't do well in the heat! <br /> <br />

Called provider to come back out after having already performed our semi-annual maintenance.  They came back out to clean on of my units that was blowing dirt out.  They did not see it with when they performed the maintenance and indicated that the labor involved with cleaning it was not part of the service agreement due to the nature and labor involved.  The technician spent an hour performing the cleaning for me and discussing ways to prevent this from happening and how to handle it if it does.  He did not charge me a thing!  They are always very willing to work with us and are always on time and even early! <br />

Our 25 y/o system finally expired.  After multiple estimates and research, we went with Atlantic based on friendly attitude, good references, and willingness to work with financing.   We have had our system ~ 7 months and are very happy with how the installation went and how the system is performing.  10 yr warrenty on York system we purchased also provides a degree of comfort as well.  Gary Tate was the representative we dealt with.  He was very professional, easy to talk to, and willing to provide all the info we asked for including manual D and J calculations.  Very happy with their service and our system, and would definitely use in the future for heating / cooling needs. <br /> The Feyerherds <br />

The technician was very polite and friendly. He introduced himself as I answered the door which means a lot to me and shows great character. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. Will use again in the future. <br />

Atlantic Heating came out at the scheduled time, and the installers were courteous, professional and kept my house clean.   They had no problem  <br /> installing a new coolant line, even tho another company said it could not be done!   Andrew came out to make sure the job got <br /> started on time and correctly, and checked in several times.   He was available to answer questions, and responded promptly when we needed to move the thermostat after the installation. <br /> They were very creative in relocating the new unit on my hill and built a very nice pad.   <br /> Andrew Cox made this purchase as easy and painless as possible and helped me get a Dominion VA Power rebate as well as <br /> special financing.   When I have to replace my 2nd unit, I will definitely work with him. <br />

I have a service contract with them. When my a/c unit was not working they came right out. They are very good.

They arrived when they said they would and performed the work in a timely and professional manner. I only had one small issue with the outside temperature reading on the thermostat which they corrected within 24 hours. They also filled out and sent me all of the paper work required for my rebates. I was very pleased. <br />
