It was great! They showed up on time, did the entire demolition on the first day, came back the next day for plumbing and electrical and everything was seems to be good. They were polite, courteous and kept the house clean.

They were great to work with. they cleaned up after themselves, good people and they does excellent work. I highly recommend them.

It was well done and the finished product was nice. The price was affordable.

Prior to signing, the owner told me he had been rated “contractor of the year” and it would be complete in 1-2 weeks which ultimately turned into 7 weeks. The owner was extremely difficult, very unprofessional, and condescending. He threatened to sue me if I gave him a bad rating because he said it would hurt his reputation. In addition to this, the workmanship was fair to poor (see attached pictures).

One employee was fired during the job and another left the company following completion.  Took 5 business days longer and cost more than estimated.  Lacks attention to detail.  Poor job.  Would not recommend.  Pictures speak for themselves... <br> <br>Had them out three times after completion, but it was like pulling teeth and repairs were shoddy (if done at all).  First time was because there was no hot water in the shower.  Second time was to repair the bedroom wall which had punched through.  Third time was due to the bathtub leaking into the kitchen. <br> <br>We brought up the concerns in the pics (i.e. grout coming off, etc) and were told we should have brought this up at the final inspection so nothing could be done now (some were brought up at inspection but were told they would be back).  Since some of this arose after the inspection and after the 24 hour period before we could use the shower, that was not possible nor fair.  We highly encourage perspective customers to shop with a vendor that will stand by their work. <br> <br> <br>

I highly recommend him to anyone who needs construction work done. <br /> He is reputable, trustworthy, and conscientious about making sure the customer is pleased and satisfied with his finished work.   The job was completed on schedule and there were no changes in the original price that was quoted. <br /> He left the place clean and my new bathroom looking great!  Thank you Steve for a job well done!

Other than delays caused by weather we had no issues with their work or workers.  They were prompt, finished in one day (as they indicated they would) and cleaned up.  The only issue we had was with their financing.  Since we were unable to pay for the work at that time they offered us financing, so that we could go forward.  Their financing people asked for a review before we had even made one payment, and then they sold the loan to another company before another payment was due. <br />

I can't say enough good things about this team.  They are highly professional and knowledgeable in their field.  I would recommend them to everyone.  I had such a bad experience with another contractor.  Thank heavens for finding this company.  They gave me faith again in contractors. <br />

I had them leave the toilet sink because I didn't want to finish till after winter. They were very good. They did what they said they were going to do. They were on time and there were no real surprises. They cleaned after themselves well and they did the work in two days.

I signed up for Home Advisor to get a quote on a bathroom remodel at 9:30 pm.  Steve called 2 minutes after I put in the request.  It <br /> appeared I jumped the gun and didn?t need the work yet.  However, I found out a few weeks later that I had a water leak in my basement.  I called up Steve and he came over to investigate and tell us what he thinks.  We ended up paying him to build an awning over our walk out and to investigate the basement wall.  His crew was very professional and hard working.  When that was completed, we hired them to install a pergola over our deck.  It looks great and took less time than we were expecting.  I recommend the team. <br />

I met up with several contractors and steve seemed to be the most honest and proficient person I had talked to. He gave me a really fair price. He stuck to his word never charging us any extras. Steve was really easy to work with and lets you know all the details every step of the way. His men came in and worked hard until everything was completed. They gave me a date they were to finish the job and got it done. I would highly recommend them and look forward to having them complete future projects. <br />
