The technician who came out to take measurements claimed that he was part of the design team for both this company. He also claimed he was a designer for the Devon Hill housing development in which I lived at that time, so he was familiar with houses and the kitchen cabinets. After he took the measurements, he promised he would send me a rendering of the design to my email, but I never received this design for a kitchen remodel. I tried to contact them at least once directly, but I could not speak with anyone in person. I left a voicemail that was never returned. Then I contacted Angie's List for assistance.

Overall, the experience was okay. <br /> Designer missed first appointment at my house (that we had scheduled over the phone), which was disappointing because I had taken off of work for that specific purpose. Called to find out where he was and said he said he didn't have the appointment in his calendar. Was accommodating in rescheduling appointment on a Saturday. Showed up, took measurements, and we discussed the layout of my kitchen, which to be fair, is very complicated given radiators, windows, doors, etc.. Design had good ideas and provided a starting point for me, but just didn't feel right. <br /> After getting the quote for the renovation ($38,890), which I had to follow up to request that it be itemized, I determined that the prices were high. For instance, quote for install/sanding of hardwoods in kitchen/living room was more than double what I had it done for with a highly-rated Angie's list flooring provider. Cabinets were $19,510, and i felt like the kitchen was designed to sell the cabinets, which given that I had been clear up front about my firm budget of $30k, design could have been scaled down to minimize cabinetry and associated expenses. Other items in the scope of work were lumped together and not adequate broken down, so I could not see what the estimate per each individual labor item was. <br /> Dwain, the owner, was responsive and did seem eager to do business with me. However, the pricing for the complete kitchen remodel was out of my range and the design just didn't click, so I ended up not going with them. <br />

My wife and I  found Dulles Granite Online like most of others we tried. <br /> However among all, We felt we were dealing with a first class operation in every aspect. We are extremely pleased with all our needs. Our Kitchen Looks much greater then we expect. Very professional teams. From measurement to the installation everything was fantastic.. Simply Fantastic Work was done at my Father's house in Aleandria.  <br /> Glad to work with Dulles Granite.

Overall, it went well. They were very friendly and responsive throughout the process. The crew who did all of the work were great - friendly, professional and hard-working. We had a couple of hiccups with scheduling the tiling, but it wasn't a big deal and the work was still completed in a timely manner. And most importantly, we're very happy with the end result. Our kitchen and half-bath now look fantastic with just these few updates. <br />

Atlantis has done a gerat job for my kitchen countertop. They have guide me from selecting the granite from their huge warehouse. They also walked me a tour to their fabrication and to show me how granite countertops are being processed from beginning to my kitchen. I really enjoyed their guidance and the countertop Atlantis installed. Price was very competitive. I highly recommend Atlantis. My new kitchen is absolutely beautiful! At first, I was wary of using them because I thought my kitchen remodel wasn?t a big enough job, but Bayram reassured me that he deals with remodels of all sizes, and budgets.  In addition to making my kitchen look beautiful, he was able to customize and build a pantry for me. My son has food allergies; therefore, making use out of a small space is VERY important.  Food storage is essential in my family.   <br /> I guess you can tell I can?t say enough how beautiful my new kitchen is, but besides making the kitchen beautiful, Craig, the contractor, even showed me tips just in case my garbage disposal got clogged. No need to call a plumber for a little fix. He also adjusted the temperature on my water heater. The water was scalding hot and I had no idea how to adjust the temperature. What good is a new kitchen in a newly purchased house if the water is too hot to wash dishes, or take a shower?right?   <br /> In closing, would I use them again? YES!!!! Would I highly recommend them? YES!!! Bayrum wasn?t happy until I was happy. He didn?t consider the job finished until I did. In fact, he came by on the last day of the remodel just to make sure I was satisfied.  He truly understands, and appreciates his customers, which is refreshing these days.  <br />

Provider came to draw up sketches for a laundry room/kitchen project.  It took the company week before we recieved any drawing.  I had to follow up with them my self multiple times tell we received the drawing. <br />

We met this guys last year by one of my neighbor last year. Since they did a great work for my neighbor,s kitchen, with no hesitation we hired these guys for our kitchen and bath project. With no surprise of course, they did same wonderful work. <br />The most i liked with these guys was, so friendly, honest, honest, honesty which is very important in our life. These guys are professionals. They are punctual and are true to their price. We searched around for the best price for granite counter tops and their price could not be beaten. Their work is high quality and they made sure they cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend Atlantis Kitchen, Bath and Tile. <br /> <br />

Atlantis has done  a great job in our kitchen. <br /> everyone was so professorial and helpful from start t finish. <br /> These guys for real know how to make their customers happy. <br /> Price was excellent. Update as of March 5, 2015 <br /> <br />Ok, turns out a couple of voicemails were left in contacting me, especially after my initial review was posted. Understandably, the owner seemed genuine in his apology. Another voicemail from the initial guy that came to take measurements said that there was an issue with their system and were checking in with customers and wanted to reschedule another consultation. Now this was after more than 8 weeks and a my phone call that I receive this message? That just leads me to believe that the initial measurements that were jotted down on a notepad never made it back to the office, hence no drawings/schematics ever being made. They get credit for trying to contact me after the fact but still completely unacceptable that I had to initiate after 8 weeks of not hearing from them and the well has been poisoned. I hope for Atlantis' sake that this is a one-off mistake, but we will not be using them nor will we refer them to someone else.
