Atlas Team Glass

Horrible. Mr T provided me a quote for a window pane replacement in my foyer for $275 in 6/2020. When I was ready to get the work done in 10/2020 he asked for a deposit initially $100 but later demanded $120 deposit to hold the time slot. HE provided me with a cash app $poppabaerK for the deposit via text message. The app kept on rejecting his account. So he texted me and asked me to Zelle him the deposit to a Talitha Heard (office staff) . I sent the Zelle payment for the $120 with ref # RP094JTQR5. This amount got deducted from my bank account on 10/27/20. when I tried to schedule the date for the work , Mr T texted on 11/2/2020 " Our apologies but we are overbooked and we will refund your payment by Friday no later than Monday" . To this date I have not received my refund for the $120. I have texted him and called him several times. I need my money refunded.

I have worked with a lot of contractors in my life, but this was unfortunately one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I contracted this business to do two projects. I paid up front for the work as I could tell that the business was small and may have issues covering costs. The first project was completed after a delay. The second project has still not been completed after about 1.5 months. Many times I have given this business more time to complete the job. However, the business has finally stopped responding to my messages. The second project amounts to about 20% of the upfront cost that I paid. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business to prospective customers.

Atlas was responsive and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. Mr T handled my calls, texts and installation. Atlas did live up to their good reviews that I saw prior to contacting them. Customers do read reviews. This glass company is legit in customer service and in performing the actual window service. I would recommend Atlas and I would hire them again.
