Steven was the absolute best… arrived at the very start of only a two hour window, fixed the problem in about an hour. Very polite and courteous. I called three plumbers and he was the first to call me back and the only one who would give me a ballpark figure over the phone. Atomic responded quickly the same day and completed the job quick. Very happy with the service. Price seemed a little high to me but is probably in line with what it costs to get a plumber out quick for a small job. I believe I paid their minimum price for a job.

Steve called me within 15 minutes of me placing my request to Angie's list - amazingly quick. He had KP out on a Sunday (even though I didn't need it) within a couple hours. KP tried to repair the bathtub valves on an old bathtub, but they continued to leak by. He replaced the kitchen faucet and sprayer (had it on hand in the truck). Couldn't diagnose the radiator. Steve called me back quickly when I sensed that I was unhappy about the price and explained that KP tried to fix the bathtub valves, but being old couldn't. He did charge for the time and gave me a slight break. We scheduled another appointment and Steve went out of his way to accommodate my schedule - excellent. This time he sent Steve L who turned out to be a real pro. He fixed the valves and helped with my radiator. Service was performed very well. I will call Atomic Rooter again, but will request Steve L. A bit expensive...

Someone called back right away and schedule to come to our home at 10am. They were 4 hours late. Two guys, one seem to be professional and knew what he is doing. They checked 3 bathrooms and drain pipe, and suggested I replace the flappers, seal one of the toilets, and put epoxy around the possible crack in one of the drain pipes. The whole job took less than an hour and cost me 620 dollars. I am new a home owner and don't have much experience, and I did not request a quote in writing, but I was told in the beginning that smoke test will cost 550, if it comes to it. They did not do it. I feel they used my inexperience to gain. Not to mention, that the problem of smell remained unfixed and I did not see any changes in how toilets work.

I was advised the pipe under the vanity needed to be replaced, so I paid $380 to have a pipe replaced under vanity sink. The leak in the pipe under the vanity was repaired. To locate the ceiling leak they cut a hole in the ceiling and found that the source of the leak was the seal on the pipe that drained the shower. They did not have the part with them. Steve advised it would be $340 plus the cost of the part. They returned 3 days later to complete the repair. I was presented a bill for $680, which was double the quote. When I asked why the bill was so high, I was advised, "Because, that is how much it costs." When I asked how much the part costs, I was advised, "$85 - $100, but I did not add the mark up to your cost." No explanation was given for why the 2nd bill was double the quoted cost. Not sure how the Super Service Award was earned, but stay clear of this one. I received a check for $240, along with an apology from Steve for the overcharge.

The two service people arrived on time (within hours of my call!) and were courteous and efficient; it was a tough job and they kept me informed on what needed to be done. Larry, the head guy, was totally professional and friendly. They were great!

Very responsive, set up an appointment within 3 hrs. I feel like I got very overcharged and they didn't tell me the price until the plumber arrived.

Beyond my expectations!!! The guys are gems we had to postpone a day because of weather but the next day they were at the house by 9 am and well into the repair. They were done by about 3:30 pm. They were neat and when job was fine you couldn't tell work was done!!!!! I will happily use their services in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

I called after 11pm and they came before 10am the next day. They replaced the sump pump, cleaned out some accumulated debris, and fixed a badly-secured section of outflow pipe, all in short order. No problems.

We have an old house (100+ years old). I called Atomic Rooter to fix a bad clog and reconnect drain pipes. They responded quickly, came the next day (as agreed), on time, professional, clean and upfront price. For plumbing services, I think they were very reasonable. Larry and his assistant were great.
