The plumber was fine, figured out the problem, but wouldn?t do the work because it involved caulking. They get 3 stars because they told me there was a transportation fee (around $40) , but didn?t tell me there was a $200 diagnosis fee. I would have shopped around more had they told me that when we discussed costs.

Did a great job, even went to store and got replacement toilet and installed, same day. Very impressed!

The plumber who did the installation was excellent. His work passed the city's inspection. However, the firm rushed to install the hot water heater before the permit was issued. I was worried about getting a fine from city hall. Also, they started the work right after I agreed to the work order that evening without even coordinating with me on the installation time. At that time, I had to leave home to fulfill another commitment.

Was able to come out within hours, fixed the problem I had & helped address the source that was causing it as well. My experience was with Tiller, and he was excellent.

The tech was very knowledgeable and experienced. He identified the problem immediately and corrected the issue. I could tell by the look in his eyes when he saw those busted shark pipes in the crawl space under the house. Had us back up and running in no time!

My garbage disposal died. Deep Dive replaced it, checked my water heater as a courtesy. They were quick, efficient and I would recommend them

Had a great service call to fix a broken stand pipe in barn. It had been cemented in which made it really hard to replace. Eric did an outstanding job. He left the area clean and neat. They came out the same day and fixed it this afternoon. Thanks so much.

I had my water heater replaced by Deep Dive Plumbing and I am so impressed by this company!! The work was flawless, the technician was so respectful and very knowledgeable, they took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. The office staff was super friendly as well. The price I paid was more than worth the workmanship and the professionalism from Deep Dive Plumbing. I highly recommend this company to any and everyone that needs plumbing work done.

Buyer beware! Deep Dive replaced one toilet, flushed out our water heater, and installed a small accelerator pump so hot water comes in faster on the water spickets. The service person also promoted membership in "Ollie's Club" which covers flushing out the water heater again in one year and "discounts" on their prices. The charge was $2,300! We later discovered that we overpaid by more than $1,000. The membership is bogus. The services are so overpriced that the discount means nothing. We got scammed.

Replaced a gas water heater with a highly rated brand. Affordable price and warranty offer. The technician was excellent. Simply excellent. Left the space clean and no leftover bits of stuff. The city came and inspected the work and it was approved. Also, I was able to get an early appointment and for that I was thankful. Highly recommended.

They did an excellent job. The plumber that came out was named Scott He was very efficient and professional and he even cleaned up everything perfectly when he was done. I was so impressed with how he handled that difficult plumbing issue I ended up having.. It was a huge relief to have it fixed correctly. I’ll definitely be calling you again for any future plumbing needs. It's great to know I can count on someone so reliable.

The technician arrived at their promised time and did a complete evaluation of the current status of our system to determine the root cause. After presenting me with three options (very well explained) I chose the one best for us and Jeremy initially advised that they would start the work the next day since it was now Kate afternoon. How ever after returning to his van to complete mir planning he came back and advised they were going to do the work right away. He had a second technician (Nick) come to assist and they worked straight through from about 3:00 pm to about 8:30 pm. The work involved a new water heater and Smart Flo valve and several other items. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. The system was operation and we were able to take hot showers by 9:30 that evening. We were very happy with the entire project and this company. I had contacts with the office and all discussions with Madyson were friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company.
