I love them. They come every 2 weeks.

Jennifer Russell met with me in person to discuss the details of cleaning my home. She did a walk through, evaluated the situation, and told me the job would take 2 days, costing $500.00, which I accepted. I was assured everything would be spotless, and I would be very happy with the results. At the end of the second day, Jennifer called me stating the two person crew (subcontractors) would need 3 extra days and more money. I agreed to 2 extra days and to pay an additional fee (the amount of the extra fee was not discussed). I needed the house finished ASAP because someone else was waiting to come wax the floors. When the floor guy arrived, immediately following her crew, he texted pictures of several floors that had not been vacuumed or mopped. Subsequently, he had to do it before waxing and I had to pay him to do what I had already paid her to do. I called Jennifer about the floor situation, she had the subcontractor call me back. It was clear after my conversation with the subcontractor, Jennifer had not communicated with the crew proper cleaning instructions. Since I now live an hour and a half from the house, I saw the finished job a few days later when I was meeting the realtor for pictures to go on MLS. I was horrified by what was NOT done! The furniture had not been polished, mirrors had not been cleaned, and none of the area rugs had been vacuumed. I immediately began cleaning and called her with my complaints. Jennifer offered to come back, but I could not postpone the pictures and listing any longer. If I had not already given her a check for $500.00 before the job started, she would have not been getting paid until it was done to the standards I was promised. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I would never use this company again or recommend her to anyone. <br />

Dennis was on time and got right to work.  It took all day but every nook and cranny was cleaned.  The house looks and smells fantastic. <br />

A Touch of German did a move in clean up of a condo I had rented. I talked with Jennifer, the owner of the business, and she scheduled Dennis for the next day, which was a Saturday. Both Jennifer and Dennis a arrived the next day and Jennifer survey the condo and quoted a price of $200. Dennis went right to work. He worked from 9 am to 4pm. He did an excellent job. Other reviews talk about him being a machine, which I fully understand. But he was more than that, he pointed out that the kitchen sink leaked and there was a smell in the empty unit. He will definitely be hired again when I move out next year!

Our property manager reported that the cleaning crew did an excellent job. They took their time and executed what was asked of them. Highly recommended. <br />

She called me to schedule an appointment immediately, and everything was done within a couple of days!  I was very pleased with this company's work & their customer service. <br />

The gentlemen was there all day, took his time and did an excellent job! He even swept out our garage. Understanding some folks may not want a cleaning service around all day, it worked out well for us since the house was vacant and we were busy with work and errands.  Thanks for all the hard work! <br />

My first issue was that Jennifer came to my house and told me that they would be wiping my blinds, cleaning the doors and door knobs, wiping down my counters and the items on my counters, cleaning the baseboards, dusting fans, cleaning the outside of my fridge, clean all my bathrooms, vacuum my floors in all the rooms and clean the hardwood floor and whip down my cabinets. I made sure that by word wipe down she meant actually clean so that nothing sticking or any type of residue was left behind, I asked Jennifer if when they cleaned the kitchen they could also be sure to clean the handles on all the cabinets as well. She assured me that would be fine and she quoted me 80.00. Then she called me 3 days later to see what she quoted me, when I told her she said 80, she asked if she could change it to 100.00. I informed her that if she didn’t mind I could do 80 this month and if all went well we could increase it to 100. She stated that was fine, but when the girl came to clean my house she was very polite and nice however, she did not clean the doors, baseboards, blinds, or whip down cabinets. She stated that these things were all a spring cleaning and she was told that she was told this was a regular cleaning and she did not end up cleaning those things.

When I first moved into the home last year, it was dirty upon move in, so when I moved out I knew I did not have to really clean it in order to receive my full deposit. I didn't want to leave it dirty for the next tenants, so I tried to clean it myself, but I had a very tight schedule and no time to finish. I found A touch of German here on Angieslist. I called almost a week before I needed the cleaning done, Jennifer asked me for the keys that day,but I declined. It should have been a red flag, as someone should not have the keys to someone elses house for almost a week. I told her I will be there to let them in at the appointment day/time of 9am on 10/26. I got there 30mins early to get the last of my things from the garage, she ended up being about 20-25minutes late, although she was not ready to clean. She told me $200, I paid. She had to call her employee to come since she did not show up. Jennifer left, I waited over an hour for her employee to show up. I left the woman there to do her work because I was already late meeting the contractor who was renovating my house I just purchased. I was only gone a few hours, came back to see the woman was gone. Jennifer had told me previously that there would be 2 people and it would take "all day". The floors were wet, so I didn't go all the way inside to check. A day or so later I inspected the inside and noticed the walls were not cleaned and neither was the master shower. I called Jennifer, her excuse was that she <strong>assumed</strong> the landlord would be painting the inside (mismatched patch jobs all over from the previous renter). 1)If you are a business owner, you cannot assume things, you must ask the customer. She had opportunities to ask. 2)If the job includes cleaning walls, you should clean the walls. Even if the walls will be painted over.....Jennifer sent the employees boyfriend over to clean the walls and master shower. I figured it would take time, so I left to get my daughter dinner and get her ready for bed. I was gone maybe 5 minutes, and Jennifer called me. I couldn't hear her on the phone, I think I had bad signal since I was driving. She didn't call back. An hour later I got back to the house, her and her daughter were outside. She said they had been done for an hour. This tells me that they washed the walls and master shower within 5 minutes. She explained that her daughter even helped. Her daughter is maybe 10 years old, I paid for a professional cleaner, not a child cleaner. I went inside, noticed the walls weren't really washed well. There was a handprint and cobweb I had pointed out to her earlier,that was still here. I cleaned it with spit and my thumb right there and it came off. I told her, she said they must have "missed" it. I told her everything was fine, just go.. because it was late at night, and I had to hand over the keys the next morning. I went back in with a Magic Eraser and had to clean the shower because there was still soap scum and mildew on the glass doors and the tracks. The top of the water heater wasn't washed. All in all, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you're okay with lateness and not having everything done that was supposed to be done. I am not angry in any way, I just want to share my experience. <br />

I called Jennifer (owner) late Wednesday, hoping she might have someone available to conduct a move-out clean for a rental house on Thursday or Friday (knowing it'd be a long-shot, as it was last minute).  She came through for me and Kimberly arrived a few minutes early, ready to start.  I couldn't be happier with how hard she worked all day and the results at the end!!  Having the house cleaned so well helped me to lease the property the very next morning! <br />

The gentleman that did the job was excellent. He did a very thorough job. He did such a good job the manager said they would not have to do another clean before renting again. He took off rust off the bathroom that the maintenance people could not get rid of. I am so impressed I will contact them to do bi-monthly cleaning. <br />

<p>Contacted Jennifer with my needs and she responded timely.  I spoke with her on the phone and told her what I had and she gave me a price and we set up a date for the cleaning to be completed.  Dennis was a machine and started at the arranged time and worked tirelessly until the job was complete.  Jennifer inspected the work when it was completed and we closed the transaction.  My entire experience was fabulous!</p> <br />

I was able to get a last minute estimate and have someone come out the same week. She did a great job and I will be using her again. Thank you!!

She sent a couple to work at my house and they about stole me blind. He stole a 38 pistol from us. He didn't take the box so we had his fingerprints. We called the police and told them it was missing. They cleaned last year until my husband broke his ankle. I even agreed to pay her a month in advance so she could pay her rent. The woman and man were brought into court and fined $1,000 and charged with conspiracy.
