They’re pretty consistent. They generally have the same cleaners, but not always. Most of the time they’re the same, but not always. There was no real difference in the cleaning. I have no recommendations for improvements.

They were prompt and did a good job. I have no recommendations for improvements. It took probably 2 to 3 hours.

They were late and didn't clean as much as I thought they would. It was a good price, they just didn't do all of the things that they said they were going to do. The response was good. They were late and somebody broke down. They were nice.

They come every three weeks for a year. They are fine, polite, and courteous. It's not like I want it done, it's more like what I'd get in a motel. It's surface stuff, I would prefer a deep cleaning. I have asked them to do specific things. I don't know what kind of products they use, one of their products is not good on my Formica counter top. It finally went away. They cannot get my kitchen floor clean. It is white and probably needs to be scrubbed with a brush or something. I have a cleaner for the kitchen that I have asked them to use but, I don't think they are using it correctly. I don't like their cleaning products. The price is excellent, that's why I still use them. There has been some mix-ups. They are courteous, and cooperative. I would say not to use them. I will use them until I find someone else. I would tell people to go to Angie's List.

THE BASIC CLEANING WAS FINE, BUT THE DEAL WAS FOR "DEEP CLEANING", AND THE KITCHEN CABINETS AND COUNTERS LOOKED AS THOUGH THEY WERE BARELY WIPED DOWN.
I used them a couple more times but they became unreliable. They did an okay job but not a great job. The first time they came, the owner was one of the people who came. They did a better job than in the future. I probably would not use them again. They came a little mediocre but it wasn't hideous. The last time I called, they didn't return my call. They were reasonable. They were $20 an hour per person. I wouldn't use them again. The price was good if you could get them to come. They could have returned my call. They should pay more attention to detail.

1. There was an initial mixup of when the service was going to be provided. Took several calls when Touch of Iris didn't show up the first time, in order to get it rescheduled. I wanted to cancel the deal but I was told when it was rescheduled, that in order to make up for the mistake that they would give me an additional hour. - BUT WAIT - Read item 10 below
2. Cleaning crew of two was late on the rescheduled date. In fairness, Iris did call and let me know after the team got a late start.
3. Crew drove up to the house on the light pea stone that was intended as a walkway, not a driveway.
4. I briefly showed Ava and Cory around and got them started.
5. Ava was sent to do the kitchen. We were looking forward to having the ovens cleaned and the refrigerator washed out. Ava did a half-hearted job on the ovens and the refrigerator. She sprayed them and wiped out the spray. However the trays needed to be hand cleaned. There was grease that remained in the ovens that she could have gotten with a second application. She did remove the grease from some of the top of the air duct over the stove, but she was short and couldn't reach up to the top. In the refrigerator, she took a damp cloth and wiped off the fronts of the shelves. I showed her one location that was in the back and she got it. She didn't try to take out the drawers and wash them.
6. Cory was diligent about wiping the tops of the door jams. I wish he had been as diligent about wiping the baseboards.
7. Ava vacuumed the area in the sunroom and washed the parts of the floors that were visible. She did not move the three dog beds, that I know had hair around them. She could have also take that little vacuum cleaner she used to vacuum the dog's beds.
8. My husband was feeling ill, and slept through most of this. When he did get up, about two hours after Cory and Ava arrived, I indicated that they could get in to do the master bedroom and bath. Ava wiped the counter tops of the vanities. That was it. It felt as though they were told to spend no more than two hours instead of the deep cleaning I thought I had purchased.
9. Basically the crew dusted and wiped the areas of the house that were visible and easy. They didn't move the books on the dining room table. They dusted around them. They didn't move the duvet that was on the floor by the rocking chair. They cleaned the floor around it. They didn't do anywhere near a deep cleaning.
10. They left two hours after they had started, and yes I did tip them because it was raining, and they looked pathetic. I asked Cory as they were leaving what it would cost if we hired them regularly. He said, "Today took a bit longer, but now that we know our way around, we could do this with two of us in a total of three hours. That would cost you $75." YIKES - I just paid $200 for what he admitted would have cost only $100 today, and $75 next week. In other words they had time to do the mirrors, clean the nose prints off the glass doors where the three Labrador retrievers look out, dust the baseboards, dust the ceiling fans (I have a tool that reaches that high), and maybe even helped to fold some of the laundry. There was surely enough time to do most of that.
Maybe they could come back for FREE and I could get a Do Over with a more diligent crew. O(r maybe I can get a refund. That would make me very happy.
